ATKTs/ Backlogs/ Reattempts/ Arrears :

A) During base degree
Total of not more than 4 Reattempts/ ATKTs/ Backlogs/ Arrears during graduation with the passing certificate/ degree stating first class. NOTE: Every re-attempt will be treated as an Arrear/ ATKT/Backlog. Total of not more than 4 Reattempts/ ATKTs/ Backlogs/ Arrears during graduation and no ATKTs/ Backlogs in the last year. NOTE: Every re-attempt will be treated as an ATKT/Backlog. All papers cleared in first attempt. No Reattempts/ ATKTs/ Backlogs/ Arrears (Dead or Alive).

B) During current course

All papers cleared in first attempt. Total of not more than 3 Reattempts/ No ATKTs/ Backlogs/ Reattempts ATKTs/ Backlogs/ Arrears during MCA and (Dead or Alive). no ATKTs/ Backlogs in the last year. NOTE: Every re-attempt will be treated as an ATKT/Backlog.

Age Criteria:
Not more than 24 years as on 1st July 2012. Not more than 26 years as on 1st July 2012. Not more than 26 years as on 1st July 2012.

Academic Gap: Not more than 1 year of gap in the entire academic career i.e. only between any two courses.

For Final Appointment:

Note: BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA Candidates (i) Diploma marks should be treated as separate and not to be included while calculating the graduation percentage. (ii) During Diploma no Reattempts/ ATKT/ Backlog/ Arrears (Dead or Alive) is allowed.

RELAXATION: 1) Written Test to be waived of for following class of candidates. They will be allowed to appear for the Group Discussion/ interviews directly:
- Information Technology Depatment - Top 10 rank holders of the college as per the academic records - Computer Science Depatment - Top 10 rank holders of the college as per the academic records Other Depatments - Top 5 rank holders from each dept. of the college as per the academic records 2) 5 deserving students who do not meet the eligibility criteria but specially recommended by the college management ( Reasons: Sickness during year/ Strong in Extra curriculur activities) will be given the opportunity to appear for the selection process.However they should have minimum score of 55% aggregate. -

The written recommendations from the college management should reach the L&T Infotech management 1 day prior to the day of selection process. (Note : Organisation holds the right to make any changes in the above eligibility criteria at any point of time at its sole discretion)
