Introduction
There are a number of processes you are required to go through while acquiring your images that must be recorded in your logbook. These include: A risk assessment for anywhere that you work on location. The appropriate forms can be found in the Appendix. A note of any pre-existing image that you did not create, including its source and copyright status A note of any changes you made to the images The consent of anybody whose photograph will appear on your Web site
For each of not less than five (5) images you will need to record the following: the activity, any problems that you encountered and how you resolved them, how well the activity went, and whether or not you were pleased with the quality of the image(s) and where you stored them after acquisition. You must submit your five images with your log book for assessment.

Project Evaluation
In this section you should reflect upon the project. The topics you should cover are as follows: How well do you think your final presentation meets the requirements of the brief? Why did you choose the images contained in the presentation? What problems did you encounter while completing the tasks and how did you resolve them? What have you learned from the project How well do you think you performed during the project and what would you do differently if you could do it again?

Risk Assessment
The hazards listed below can be encountered during production. They have to be identified before filming/photographing commences. Where a hazard has been identified you must now perform a risk assessment. You should assess whether the risk is high, medium or low and take appropriate action to minimise the level of risk. The health and safety of yourself and members of the public must be protected by the establishment of a safe and controlled working environment. Hazard N Low
Action vehicles Agriculture Animals Asbestos Audiences and Groups Building & construction sites Chemicals & hazardous substances Children Churches & Village Halls Civil unrest / riot Confined spaces/underground Cranes/fork lift trucks/access platforms Dangerous terrain Derelict buildings and land
High
Electricity, lights and cables Explosives & pyrotechnics Extreme weather conditions Fire

Risk reduction
Every effort must be made to minimise any risks that may occur during production. State clearly on this form any action taken to minimise any risk factors identified in the risk analysis. Action taken Signed Dated
Ensure all fire and first aid precautions are identified. Eliminate significant risks from chemicals, display screens, electricity, food and catering, lifting, water and working at height. Clearly identify any expert help required and specialised equipment needed. Attach site plans, photographs and documents where necessary.
