creating all online reports for the system.

•Assigned as a consultant to GTE as a software developer developing, enhancing, and maintaining batch processing software
using VB 3.0, VB 4.0, SQL Server 6.5, MS Access, and Crystal Reports 5.0. The systems process large flat files of telephone
customer long distance call records. Multiple edits and translations are performed on the records. SQL server is used to store
records until they are sorted, accounted for, and packaged in large ASCII files that are then sent through FTP to various
organizations to be billed to their respective customers.

•Switch Capacity Management Tools: Customer application screens (VB3.0 and VB Assist), reports (Crystal Reports),
graphical tools (Pinnacle’s Graph) and spreadsheets provided the required front end capabilities in a client-server
environment, using Visual Basic 3.0 and Microsoft Visual C++. Oracle servers running on a HP-UNIX platform do back-end
processing.

•Assisted with the analysis, design, programming, and testing of a visual basic 3.0/Sybase based commission-processing
system. The purpose of this project was to maintain agent’s information and their clients locate those clients who satisfy
certain criteria, and display them using commission screen. Sybase was used as the backend and Crystal Reports was used to
generate reports.
