JOB DESCRIPTION (Briefly list major functions and responsibilities)

This Sr. Financial Analyst position will support the Hospital Supply Acute business, driving over $5 billion in Sales within SCSM Distribution.
Responsibilities of this position include:
* Provide financial support to the HS Sales VPs, HS GM and VP of Mktg. Manages reporting and analysis of regional & product sales, gross profit,
and margin, and G.O. cost center planning.
* Manage the forecast & planning roll-up process of sales & gp and build operating expenses for HS business.
* Work closely with Margin Teams within Finance and Pricing and Regional Margin Analysts to analyze standard gross profit, report margin variations,
and identify margin profitization opportunities.
* Manage vendor funding for various programs and promotions.
* Track and report DSM initiatives within the HS Acute business, as well as provide support during the Disciplined Strategic Management (DSM)
process, and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) initiatives. This position will report to the HS Finance Manager and will have interaction with the VP of Finance
for the Acute Business, Regional & G.O. Finance teams, HS GM, VP of Marketing of the HS Business, and the extended HS Marketing and Sales
teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Consider education, experience, certifications, travel, core competencies, etc.)
The individual in this role will have strong analytical, financial, and reporting skills. Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Accounting or
Finance, 3 - 5 years of experience required. Strong analytical skills, results and process orientation, and interpersonal skills.
