The cause that I proposed this topic, because I observed a companys successful and other is not successful. I ask myself a question: why any business is not successful? what is a complexity at internal and external a company?

History a company isnt like to loss. Other company sometime cant to be quitted this environment. So that, I want to find the strategies to solve this problem. Other companies have a complexity about the structure organization. The rationality of my idea is this time fined impact between the strategies of enterprise and organization structure to improve these business activities successful.

Literature review write down your key literature research If you have the information, what are the recent studies on the Topic Before, it said: The strategy is a structure. After I observe a company and reading the theory, I make different a company by 2 parts: first are strategies of company, and second is an organization structure of enterprise. The strategies are always developed a company sum us the profit, a joint venture, a corporation: that is an external strategy of company. For internal strategies, sum us a strategy of planning, a strategy of marketing, human resource management, new production strategy.etc. For improve this strategies, the Company must be setup or create the organization structure that can be follow able to strategies of enterprise that is determined the good result.

Methodology write down the research method that you will use The research procedure Sampling method The research support, we used two possible method: First, is qualitative method: we design a questionnaire and developing, if it is not complete, and than we device by tree group population : company of production, service company, and sales merchandise company. increasing the scores according to the satisfaction for choice; and Second, quantitative method: After finishing the interviews, we rang the scores by question, the sample used is more than 20 observations. The person who interviews is a manager, or the person interesting. At the end, we used the software for analyses this data, sum us SPSS, QM for Windows or Eviews5, for testing result. We want to create an estimation equation about efficiency of organization of enterprise. We supposed that: the efficiency of the organization equal 0 +1(stmgt.)+ 2(stuorgt)+Ui. We want to know the sing the coefficient beta is all positive and impact on result of the organization of enterprise. Research Schedule Research activities and targeted complement dates. We have full time for MBA research is 1 year. If it start from January 2010 and finished at the end December. So that, we research proposal for 2 month (January and February), 1 month for an interviews activities(March), 1 month for data analysis and pretest(April), 5-8 month for literature reviews (Mai- August), and 3 months for the end: conclusion, discussion with supervisor and submitted the thesis. Reflection of the research methodology class What information/ idea you get from this research methodology class? How you plan to explore your research method? After we have stated the research methodology class, we get more idea than no class, sum as difference qualitative method and quantitative method, and then we get an experience from the Lecture of this subject. We have exactly a plan to explore the research project, because we after studded the research methodology to create a new plan and a new idea to develop the topic very well than before.
