If you or someone you know suffered a disaster-related expense anytime
between August 27 to September 25th you may be eligible for D-
Applications only SNAP, or Disaster SNAP (Food Stamps).

D-SNAP is a federal response to Connecticut being declared a disaster
after Tropical Storm Irene. D-SNAP is different from SNAP as the income
