Dear Editor in Chief,

A scholar asks the A.I. if an improvised, very cheap rice harvester could be made using
simple available technology. The A.I remarks: Perhaps a circular disk with 1 horse power grass
cutter could be made into an improvised rice harvester. First, one would write all the negatives or
disadvantages about the design plan of the proposed rice harvester. Perhaps the negatives are: a)
using a mechanized circular disk grass cutter as rice harvester perhaps 5% is lost due to shaking;
or 5% becomes waste. b) The cut stalks are not well aligned to pick or the cut stalks are
scrambled and hard or difficult to pick up. c) The cutter is tiresome to carry. d) And others. To fix
the negative is to make opposite of the negatives or make positive designs out of the negative;
perhaps for a) so that 5% of rice could not be wasted perhaps a catcher or pan just below could
catch the fallen pieces of rice due to shaking or movement. b) Perhaps there should be a smart
aligner for the stalks so that while stalks are being cut there is a mechanism that would pull the
stalks and let them fall slowly and fall uniformly on the ground and lessen the shaking. For c)
perhaps two wheels of a bicycle could help in the carrying. The smart aligner could be a
mechanical system run by a small electric motor driving two rotary paddling with spikes or with
points or with 2” staggered bars extensions that hold the rice stalks to be firmed while the cutting
under is on going and to lessen the shaking while cutting; and simultaneously pulling the cut
stalks and diverting them thru a sidings that could be adjusted to let the free falling of the cut
stalks be on the right side or be on the left side. Perhaps the grass cuter with the smart aligner
could be attached and hanged using strong string leather to an arch arm attached to the two
wheels so that the swaying of the human operator while cutting could be possible to cover more
areas to cut while walking or advancing. These simple rice harvesters could increase profit; and
minimize the use of expensive human power in the rice field so that people would not be magnet
to a tiresome job that could act like a trap for people to remain poor; rather people would be
forced to look on other economic stimuli or works where the pay is high in the new smart city or
new smart town or new smart subdivision.
The scholar mentions to the A.I that he saw in T.V. that there is now a test kit for AIDS. Any
body could buy a kit and read the instruction and could test his or her partner of AIDS presence
so that they could avoid AIDS. Perhaps pass law that all communicable disease like STD, TB,
Hepatitis, and so forth should have also test kit commercially available so that the chances to
avoid these diseases are great. Perhaps bad or defective future children could be avoided through
law; or by having commercially available tests kit of each future parent’s DNA. If the future
parents-future father’s DNA and future mother’s DNA would be virtually analyzed or perhaps
combined to form future off spring through a computer program and through internet and the
results could be available- example if the match is healthy or not, then perhaps both parents
could be warned; or could do something different. Principle behind: It is like having quality
testing before buying. Perhaps this might be an extreme in technology and extreme in law; or
unethical; because perhaps those parents with genes defects would be depressed and would be
discouraged to take chances; or people with good genes would be afraid to marry people with
bad genes.
Perhaps since printing of ballot papers and going to the precincts, manning the elections is
very expensive perhaps pass law that through text messaging one could already avail his right to
vote because voting through cell phone is like a smart absentee voters; or the vote is thru mail.
Mail voting is using print materials but message text voting is mailing using electronic wire or
electronic air. The problem is how to minimize fake voters. Perhaps pass law that a registration
of SIM card for each individual qualified to vote should be conducted. The registered SIM card
for the individual voter with his photograph-using cell phone camera, his finger print-using
finger print analyzer and his full name, address, age, voice print example saying his name-using
cell phone- would be encoded to a computer data base. And a software would sort the data
especially finger print, facial photograph and full name, address, age of all other data and check,
verify, mark those registration with questionable data or has some duplicity. Or the data encoded
would be verified through all computer data through out the country if there is duplicity of the
registration of an individual or of a registered voter. And when time of voting is set, the
individual registered voter would just encode his registration number, full name, and his votes
and send it to a specified number example 12345 so that his vote could be counted. It’s up for the
individual voter if he would let his vote be exchanged for money by giving his full name and the
SIM card, and the registration number. Or perhaps even without SIM registration could be
possible because some people could lose their SIM or change their SIM for good. Or perhaps the
registration number would be sent 2-5 hours before the date set for voting in exchange of this
voice print or facial print through saying his full name or photographing his face so that there is
not enough time for bad politician’s men to search as many as bad registered voter for money.
Those people who have no cell phone with camera could still avail with the help of any person’s
cell phone with camera by just buying a SIM card of his own and borrow the cell phone of his
friend just to send those registration data. Those people who did not use the technology of cell
phone with camera could register the usual way through the Personal Computer system way or
the internet or fax. There are many ways to minimize duplicity of registrations and avoiding
having flying voters especially through technology. The great problem lies if the program itself is
the one being penetrated; but still there are many ways to check software bugs.
Then the A.I. continues to comment on hatred using specifics, small things first: Perhaps law
could let old enemies become friends through using science. Example all birthdays,
anniversaries, important occasions of all leaders around the world would have data base so that
there would be sending example of birthday greetings automatically even between former
enemies. Perhaps one would not distinguish between an auto sending and auto reply or a genuine
sending/replying of saying Hi! Or hello! Or sorry! What is important is… it should be shown in
public wide TV screen near a lobby or public square! Perhaps voice mail could also add more
affection and closeness. This tactic is an example of an end game tactic in chess; just a small step
could do some difference or even big! Perhaps if birthdays of leaders are known even ordinary
citizens around the world could greet and say hi and hello automatically to any leader/s around
the world. Perhaps if South Country ordinary citizens could send happy birthday greetings to a
leader of a North Country perhaps the leader’s heart would be touched and feel something that
could make things all fair and balanced called the touch and magic of care or universal love!
Perhaps a controversial scholar asks an A.I. question: Why is it that “a”, “b” or “c” children
are experiencing stresses if they happen to watch TV shows of other faiths different from theirs?
Perhaps the A.I replied: Because perhaps the brain is programmed or is conditioned not to listen
to other faith because their conceited leader insists or keeps on giving emphasis about the “only”
true church mind set rather than the “also” true church mind set; and one even believes that one
would become a heretic if one would listen to other faiths! The brain is like a computer it could
be programmed or conditioned by words and teachings! Branding people, name calling, using
distinctions are simple way to give focus and emphasis to enhance superiority syndrome or crab
mentality syndrome; or the law of the jungle mentality; or the strongest and the fittest rules the
jungle; or might is right; and setting aside forgiveness, forgetting negatives; or the opposite of
ant mind set; or opposite of team work.
There is no extremism when one defends its principle; but if there are stresses, envy, jealousy,
and hatred happening it is the start of the problem and the birth of distinctions. Perhaps you can
easily recognize an extremist person if: a) he just listen to one faith TV show “only” b) he always
defend one and “only” true, right faith c) he just stick to use one color “only” d) its hard for him
to shake hand or bow, smile, hug, look through other’s eyes of other member/s or of different
group/s; or different faith or nationality or race, e) he is annoyed, irritated to hear other’s opinion
of or from other group, f) he never forget a wrong doing; and keep on opening it again, and again
even one had already said sorry g) he is conceited- feeling he is better than other and self
righteous-feeling he is holier than the other, h) he sees other with different faith as doomed
person or as instrument of the devil or as messenger of the devil or as soldier of the devil, i) he
hates others, J) he is obsessed to power, obsessed to position like lizard that hold too tight and
want not to be detached from the position, k) he is like a crocodile that attacks somebody nearing
his territory.
Perhaps supernatural phenomenon is true. Example is witchcraft, voodoo, and others
unexplained happenings or unexplained public miracles! Public miracles and public wonders are
true or happening and will happen. If science would enter to explain those… perhaps the best
scenario is the film Matrix! Computer programming is just on its infancy. The brain is like a
computer. In the virtual world, one could create something out of nothing. One could let the
universe be placed into a dot. When seeing a movie example the film Matrix the senses being
stimulated by the viewer is only the sense of hearing, and sense of seeing. What if in the virtual
world the sense of touch, sense of smell, and other senses are coordinated with the participants.
When a person touches a virtual hard object the participant feel also a hard object, and so on.
These principles of virtual realism could explain many miracles and supernatural phenomenon
written in the bible such as the creation of the universe out of nothing, the multiplication of the
five bread and two fishes while distributing them to the listeners, the crossing of the Israelites to
the Red sea, Adam and eve story, the resurrection of the dead on Last Judgment, the concept of
heaven and hell, the concept of the new heaven and new earth and many others wonders could be
possible. Because all are just programs and sensations and feelings using electrons as code
coordinating to all things using programs and rules and law. Those biblical super natural
phenomena perhaps where allowed to happen or go beyond the natural physical law because of
the permission of the Ultimate designer or Ultimate programmer to happen. Perhaps in the near
future human blended with bio-nano sensors inside the body could also touch virtual object as if
it is really true or in reality.
 When Keanu Reeves in the film Matrix defeated the robots or machines through mirroring
balancing or being also a robot likes the leader but smarter and powerful, perhaps Keanu Reeves
use the power of faith. The power of faith is perhaps a manifestation of being a child or son of
the Ultimate Programmer, or Ultimate designer, or the Ultimate Architect or the Ultimate Creator
or God. Perhaps those leaders who pray hard and communicate with his God using their faith are
becoming like God in some sense; or using the gift of God’s Son-ship. Perhaps since God limits
himself to be invisible or spirits perhaps the master of the physical world is really the human
specie or man. The good spirits or even bad spirits are just words in the form of law, rules, order,
bad or good principles, good teachings or bad teachings, bluff or imagery to scare but the
concrete actions, results perhaps happen because of innovation, of actions cause by free will of
man.
From someone who might be dreaming,
