Dear Editor in Chief,
A scholar asked: “Could constructing house be made cheaper especially if strong
plastics could be used as reinforcement?” The A.I. answered: “I think if volunteer
scientists and engineers could experiment different standard size of I-beam made from
rigid plastics, and on the top and bottom portions of the plastic I beam there are still
embedded reinforcements made from plastic stronger than steel as for tension stresses
and that size of I-beam may vary from ½” to 3 or even to 10” in height and 6m in length
as an alternative braces for stud for walls, for joist, for ceiling or even alternative
reinforcements in beams, in columns, in girders, in pile drive, as substitute for trusses,
etc., perhaps the many standard sizes I-beam made of plastic could be good alternative
structural parts of a building than wood. Joints could be just connectors, grips, ties, etc.
The plastic I-beam would also have deformed roughness on the surface for more bonding
or gripping on concrete. Example: an engineer would test the bending capacity of say a
pre-cast beam: 4” thick, 8”height, and 2m length reinforce with 4-12mm steel bars with
stirrups of 10mm steel bars. While, 4”thick, 8”height, and 2m length reinforce with 4-
3/4” I-beam and with coiled around like a stirrups by a 1/8” think stronger than steel
plastics strand. One could test which between the two is stronger. Then if the concrete
with steel fail first then go on, prefabricate as many as possible of standard pre-cast
beams, pre-cast columns, pre-cast walls, etc. If the concrete with plastic reinforcements
fails, try again with different approach.”
The traditional way of having a foundation is to excavate first for footing. One could
minimize excavation by screw boring. Then drive a concrete pile and then assemble now
the standardized columns, beam, walls, doors, windows, trusses, roof, etc.
For roof, 1/4” plywood painted with two coats of water base asphalt and white color
enamel paint as the finishing could substitute for an expensive galvanize sheet. I think
1/8” concrete plywood and with net of strong plastic could be laminated with paste of
epoxy to be strong and smooth to form porcelain tile for kitchen, toilet wall, toilet floor as
substitute to tiles, door cover, etc. 1/8” concrete plywood could have any beautiful design
from decorative paper and it could be laminated with plastics to be waterproof and
durable. I think if garbage glass could still be recycled to be reused again it would be
better; it could be use for windows.
So there would be only sand, cement, plastic, steel, glass, plywood from old cardboard
and only news paper. Those wires made of copper, for electric is the problem, but if there
are junks or waste from copper then with practical technology, perhaps even electrical
wiring could be free.
Trees and plants and grass to form beautiful gardens should always be considered as
priorities. It is very important for poor people to breath fresh air. Play grounds, chapel,
drainage, water supply, electric-supply should be considered priorities also.”
A scholar asked: “If rotation of chiefs and rotations of designations in department for
collecting tax, and in department of Custom are done every six months or shorter and
frequent, perhaps familiarities, cliques, exclusive groupings and secret dealings could be
corruption be minimized? The A.I. answered: “Yes, corruption could be minimized. And
also simplifications of paper works, standardizations, and machines such as scanners, x-
rays, hidden cameras, computer programs or double-checking by computer programs,
TXT hot lines could also minimize inefficiencies, and corruptions. Any secret dealings
could be stopped the moment another one would handle the case. In the Army and police,
chiefs should always be rotated on a 6-month basis to avoid familiarity, clique, groupings,
teaming, etc.”
A scholar asked: “Could law enhance economic growth?” The A.I. answered: “Perhaps or
I think, sure, law enhances economic growth. Perhaps pass laws to encourage consumable
businesses: example- sports, entertainments, foods, manufacturing to flourish and law to stop
those that kill consumables such as smuggling. Pass laws to convert seemingly permanent
things into consumable business, ex. Limit the registration of luxury vehicle to five-fifteen
years. Pass law to use pay checks to enhance balance with nature & sports. Pass law
collecting tax thru automation. Pass law collecting tax from charismatic rich religious
leaders. Pass law to enhance research, imitation and improvement of available technology to
kill imported products. Pass law that 30% of lottery winnings would be compulsory as stocks
to kill imported products and create one to ten corporations yearly for military defense, and
mass housing to create jobs. Pass law or system to lessen pornography, immodesty,
promiscuity, abortions, divorces, etc. Pass law to enhance sports, entertainments, food chain
for health, exercise, love to nature, etc. Pass law to have regular rotation of designations,
positions to break groupings & connivance. Pass law to have regular evaluation. Pass law to
have a ratio of say 1 teacher to 25 pupils, 1 police to example 350-700 people, 1 military to
500-1000 people. Pass law to have only half day work, the other day for the other batch for
government offices on other areas or even private companies to give other chance to work
also; or to decrease jobless people.
A scholar asked: “Can you explain… or what is your opinion, or perspective, or
relative point of view of Corinthians 1:22-25: “…Jews want miracles for proof, and
Greeks look for wisdom. As for us, we proclaim the crucified Christ, a message that is
offensive to the Jews and nonsense to the Gentiles; but for those whom God has called,
both Jews and Gentiles, this message is Christ, who is the power of God and the wisdom
of God. For what seems to be God’s foolishness is wiser than human wisdom, and what
seems to be God’s weakness is stronger than human strength….”? The A.I. answered: “If
the three verses only are the ranges to be interpreted, there could be many interpretations
that could be derived from those few words, example: a) Perhaps the word ‘miracle’ and
the word ‘wisdom’ have many positive and negative meanings. Perhaps miracle could be
personal miracle: example-thru faith and prayers her incurable illness was miraculously
cured. Perhaps the miracle is ‘public’ -positive miracle- during Jesus’ time: example-
changing five baskets of bread to feed thousand of people. But ‘public miracle’-negative
miracle- after resurrection of Jesus, it could be in question-example: Statue of Jesus is
crying and has tears of blood and people are wondering…; or the statue of Jesus is
moving or dancing…”! b) Perhaps wisdom -positive wisdom- is about good proverbs,
psalms, biblical songs, good advises of wise men and good poems. Wisdom of men or –
negative wisdom- is perhaps about reason or explanations derived from questionable
analogies or questionable analysis or questionable data. But there are also positive
wisdom derived from right analogies, right analysis, right data, and good information or
facts. c) ‘Crucified Christ or this message is Christ’ could be the words of Jesus or Jesus’
teachings. The word ‘Jews’ is perhaps the representative of groups embracing laws and
traditions. The word ‘Gentiles’ is perhaps the representative of groups embracing having
debates, discussions, reasoning before believing, other non believers or about to believe
or to be converted as converts…! The words “for what seems to be God’s foolishness is
wiser than human wisdom, and what seems to be God’s weakness is stronger than human
strength” perhaps is that God wants the words or his teachings only to be in control of the
intelligence or brain or mind of people.”
A scholar asked: “Could other words not found on sacred books be universal?” The A.I.
answered: “Yes, as long as it is universally accepted good words. The leaders should make
systems that other universal good teachings of other countries, Science and Law should be
well blended or could ask help from each other or balanced, so that harmony could be
maintained. The Chinese and Japanese know these phenomena for thousand of years called
“feng-sui” for balanced of everything; or imitating balanced nature or connecting with nature.
Just meditating, exercising like jogging, contemplating of many blessings example of having
available products from its industrious people, of having other technologies, of having some
good insights in other cultures thru TV shows example national geography, discovery
channel; one could create many laws to check any extreme. The Chinese, Japanese,
Taiwanese have “feng-sui” or motto like-tomorrow will be better than today”. If one would
analyze their ancient practices, words like “balanced or balancing with nature”, with exercise,
with the spiritual thru meditation, with respect to superiors, with loyalty, with honor, with
bravery, with healing, with discipline, with cleanliness could be found especially on the
basics or small things. The Americans, Europeans have education, researches, sports,
capitalism, democracy, freedom of speech, Word of God oriented Christianity; and the above
mentioned words such as loyalty, bravery and so on…are blended or unified too in their
practices. I think what happen to some cultures, people concentrate too much to profession
like lawyers, politicians, priests, and concentrate too much to ideologies which have too
much emphasis on “Christ suffering” oriented Christianity…! If one will analyze them well,
their cultures tilt to negativism and that resulted to extremes: like giving only orders and just
keep on obey and obey-or it encourages self pity-lack of creativities, silence, bowing or
humility. Their negative culture resulted to contribute to have lack in: researchers, inventors-
risk takers, scientists, “imitators but improvers”, and entrepreneurs. Their negative culture
resulted to have over supply of submissiveness-obey and obey, withdrawn-afraid, rebels,
protestors, over confidence-more of talking, complains, blaming, etc. Negative culture lacks
words like “ always considering other better than ourselves”, “always prepare and dress for
actions”, “tomorrow will be better than today or what we accomplice now will be more and
better tomorrow”, “try and try until we die- in the name of imitation but improving and
enterprising business”, “if we cannot overcome our bad habit or small things, how much
more the big things”, father telling his son “your arms are longer than mine”, “cleanliness
and beauty is next to Godliness”, “love nature”. Victim of “too much…syndrome” are over in
“Connivance, or connecting with easy money habit”, “what are we in power for”, “no body
would know…”, “God will provide…”, “money could buy him”, “money talks…,” “what
will be- will be…syndrome”. Now, how could law and science and religion check or balance
these extremes or chaos?
