A scholar asked: “I heard that perhaps there could be rivalries within the infant new

the government itself is the one creating and aiding so that chaos or extreme would thrive
within their trying to be moderate and well balanced country. Perhaps those ministries or
departments or investigation agencies should be well funded and well equipped with
necessary tools and arms and skills and trainings to check any start of the problem. There
should be investigations to be carried out to those officer/s or administrator/s involved.
And if there is a crime committed there should be adequate justice rendered. Principle:
Agencies like National or Federal Bureau of Investigation should be imitated and
improved and be well funded and well equipped as essential department of a new
moderate and trying to be well balanced country; and implement compulsory six-month
rotation of division chief and police chief to check familiarities and clique and gang or
godfather system in the department; but giving maximum of two years as chief before
being rotated if he is well loved as good chief based from scientific poll or survey or from
suggestion box.
A scholar asked: “How would you guarantee that those hardheaded leaders, stubborn
imams or extremist leaning clergies or radicals would not infect those universal, tolerant,
moderate, balanced principles? How could you check if those radicals would insist that
their distinction is the ‘only’, true and right… ? Or they are against about ‘no more
distinction’ –one thought one purpose-love or ‘you have no obligation to others except to
love’ because it is perhaps written in their sacred book that those infidels should be
converted to their faith or else…?” Or they are different from those infidels, pigs,
worshippers and followers of the Great Satan? Or those ‘good’ words are from the
devil?” The A.I. answered: “There would be frequent teaching, re-teaching of the
universal words for all those members especially those having leadership position and
command responsibilities so that the psyche would be reinforced with universal good
words. There would be contracts and agreements signed; the more specifics, practical,
and easily understood agreements or contract, the better. One could quit or resign easily
but there should be some penalty if there is breach of contract just like when doing
divorce with or without pre-nuptial agreements; there are some minor consequences.
Example: Those military officer giving orders to his subordinates of at least seven
members should have a police and military hand book reminding him of: a) good
teachings: the universal motto or slogan of the organization. At least there is one good
universal teaching from one of the different major religions that moderate member should
memorize. And if ask; he could answer one universal or good teaching with confidence b)
some specific laws or rules in engagement, c) some science & technology- some manuals
how to operate some delicate equipments; or example how to avoid land mine or IED.
There should be a page in the hand book where an inspector would counter sign- or
approved. Example, if the officer was asked to answer a simple question about good
words, and he answered correctly, his hand book would be signed that the member is a
moderate and well balanced police or military man. If he fails, he could get some minor
penalties or minor suspension like: he should have some seminars about good or
universal teachings. The key is that those twisted words in the brain taught by misguided
preachers who are victimized by unclear words in their sacred book should be balanced
by other good or universal teaching.
A scholar asked: “I heard that the spread of extreme of religious teachings is winning
because of scandals in the west. It is just like being defeated in an election because the
candidate boasts or had slip of the tongue. What can you say about it?” The A.I.
answered: “Even if the moderate candidate would not boast as long as the extremists are
self-righteous-feeling they are holier than others or they would use their being so
externally “holy” to put moderate people down because of some too much freedom in
the West that results to ‘scandal’ for the extremist’s perspective, then things would not be
better. And sometimes the moderate tendency to be like “crab” causes the downfall of a
good cause. Perhaps those radicals and extremists will remain as reminders for moderates
not to abuse their “freedom” because the majority of people could easily be persuaded by
a radical extremist to turn around a good cause just because of a boast or slip of the
tongue that is being blown up. Perhaps, those prime or front line leaders and law makers
should really be very cautious in every little move they do even in private because people
are like “crabs”- they will invest hard in looking for that “slip” and use it to be in power
with the help of the power of media.
A scholar asked: “I heard that in Africa medicine for the disease that let the foot
becomes like a foot of an elephant has available free medicine for those children or for
those people not yet very much victimized by the disease. And thanks…, because some
Good Samaritan multinational drug companies that are shouldering the manufacturing are
not holding back to their good deeds. Perhaps the owners or the presidents of the
companies should be commended of their good deeds. But the problem lies on other
expenses so that the medicines could reach people who need them most especially on
remote places. What practical other solutions should the victim know so that those
medicines could reach him?” The A.I. answered: “Information is the key and the step by
step practical solution being disseminated is another key. Example: 3”x 6” fliers should
be disseminated by any cheap means or if there is no available mode of transportation
then perhaps it should be by air. Example: the fliers could be showered through air using
parachute glider with an engine by a volunteer good moderate human being to a remote
place that some people are being victimized by the disease. In the flier there is some clear
instructions written in native’s dialect with small English language as other alternative
language of medium. Perhaps instruction would be: 1) ask for free medicine through free
mail on this agency near your place. 2) There should be some practical illustrations or
cartoon for those who should or should not take; and how many times per day, and other
solutions or emergency case that may arise. 3) If mailing is the problem of his location,
he should contact to the nearest settlement hall and asked help and show the flier. Perhaps
the flier has some instructions there on how to organize network on mailing, and delivery.
Example, if there should really be a way to drop through air those medicines by way of a
motorized glider parachute or an unmanned helicopter, then perhaps it could be a good
idea. Example: if the place is very far from the nearest civilized town, and a flier
accidentally reached a frustrated man and was instructed to do and also to ask the help of
his follow native about his problem, perhaps responses could reach the concerned agency
of the need. But the problem is the cost to deliver because there is no available mailing
system. Or, the concerned agency knows the location of the named settlement but it is
very remote.
Perhaps the agency should contact any government or NGO that could help example-
the ministry of defense to help them locate the place using GPS system. And the military
should have alternative mode of going to remote places and giving aids and free
medicines with cartoon illustration how to take them. Perhaps an unmanned mechanized
small parachute glider could carry a kilo load of some medicine with simple instructions.
And the unmanned mechanized small parachute glider would drop load to the suspected
place from air and could go back to the base because the fuel and the design of the small
unmanned parachute glider has been mastered by the military for that specific problem-
especially to save lot of fuel if the military would use conventional helicopter or airplane.
Perhaps other companies could be motivated to manufacture small unmanned parachute
glider- an alternative mood of delivering mails through dropping box with also small
parachute.
Pass a law that example in the military there should be a department of cheap source
of unmanned or remotely controlled small mood of transferring goods to people in
remote places with a capability to carry its fuel and to carry pay load of 1-5 kilos of good
and could travel a maximum distance of 1000 kilometer back and forth. Perhaps that
department is called Department of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles or DUAV.
Perhaps there should be an international competition with big prizes or big rewards
on who could design an unmanned glider parachute that could land and refuel again with
the help of others -just using text messages to several places- and the unmanned glider
parachute could even travel around the world from island to island.
A scholar asked: “Why just make it a toy remotely controlled airplane or toy
remotely controlled helicopter or unmanned glider that could refuel and transfer its
control to several designated control points or self-deciding control using GPS?” The A.I.
answered: “Yes, there could be many alternatives or ideas or creativities to do things
cheaper, using the aid of robotics, satellites and cooperation among concerned people-
using mobile phones especially when refueling. Perhaps in the future, refueling of small
toy airplane or helicopter could be done through automation or with very little help from
humans. And these small unmanned things could be used to do small tasks example to
spray fertilizers in a small farm, or any small task that an owner would do even if he is far
from the place.
A scholar asked: “What if the small things made practical could be also known by the
syndicates or extremists; the technology could be used to smuggle banned goods, or
could be used favoring the extremists?” The A.I. answered: “All tools could be used for
good or bad. But law could counter anything that would be used as bad tool.”

leaders or of its officers or lieutenants?” The A.I. answered: “If there is no law or rule that
was violated especially if he did the persuasion during political campaign and the radical
won it is legal; but they-the radicals- should do much to repeal those moderate’s law
because the moderate military and police are well trained to defend and to die to their
constitution. Those military men and policemen are frequently asked before they apply
for having a police and military job of question example: Why do you want to be a
moderate police or military? If he answers differently than what he should be answering
like example he just would want to have job or even being killed and to lay ones life to
protect and preserve the constitution. It is just part of the job for being a policeman or
military man perhaps he could be accepted or qualified as candidate. But he needs more
training and skills to be a moderate police and military man.”
A scholar asked: “I heard a pastor saying that if you are advising someone who is a
leader and you have negativities if the leader listen to that adviser and things goes well
you might be changing God because almost all adviser and prophets of god are good.
What can you say to the pastor?” The A.I. answered: “How come the pastor knows that
the adviser is depressed? An adviser would not go near his president if he looks gloomy,
and his advice is caused because of depression. Perhaps some pastors are just
exaggerating things. Example: if one is a contributor and he is example have some
occasions that in his body there is chemical imbalanced happening because of bad news,
worries, remembering some bad experiences that a psychiatrist might called a depression.
But the contributor is trying hard to fight back to be normal again. When there is an
opportunity that he is feeling good or normal he write anything and send it to a journalist.
And perhaps the journalist is also convinced about the good idea or contribution and
publishes it that affects some leaders to change for good. And if there somebody learned
that the contributor was experiencing some illness he would tell that his ideas are from
the evil one or he is changing God. Anyway, as long as the motive of the pastor is to
create good out of the negativity being experience by somebody and he has no motive to
destroy somebody but rather want to help a person who needs help he is a moderate
person.

I heard in Afghanistan the exchanging of fires increased several hundred times-because of

many civilian casualties, destruction of worship centers, etc. It is extreme. What counter
measure should a moderate leader do to check the extreme? The A.I. answered: “Perhaps
it this extreme would not be averted; the moderates will be defeated especially at
homeland during election. And the troops will be pulled out and the struggling moderate
ally left behind would be eventually be defeated and be converted to extremism. Experts
in military strategies of winning the hearts and minds of the people know by heart that
winning the war is difficult especially if the enemies use civilians as bait to be casualties
with them. The enemies know that if the majority would no support the foreign occupiers
