We, ESPERANZA L NIEDO and ANECITA LETABA, both of legal age, Filipino, widow and a residents of BARANGAY BUNTAY, ZUMARRAGA SAMAR, PHILIPPINES, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say : 1. That, we are the neighbors and intimate acquintances of the vendee of the late LORITA CONGE, a certain parcel of land described as Lot No. 505 situated in Brgy.Buntay, Zumarraga, Samar, Philippines and containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THREE (143) SQUARE METERS. 2. That, she purchased the aforesaid lot from APOLONIA DAZA sometime on June 20, 1945 in the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (P800.00), Philippine currency. 3. That, Lot no. 505, Cad-879-D; is bounded on the North by Lot no. 503; on the East by Iriarte St.; on the South by Lot. No. 506; on the West by Lot No. 504, all of CAD-879-D. 4. That, we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts to the effect that we confirmed the sale of the afforedescribed lot to LORETA CONGE, to inform the appropriate government agencies concerned of the same in connection with whatever legal purpose or purposes it may serve.
