Helps customers operate, optimize, and manage their ERP environments. Creates measured improvements in ERP operational health. Transfers knowledge to IT managers so they can carry out similar improvements independently.

Knowledge of features, configuration, and support Ability to install/configure base components of a system: user groups, security, connections to databases, etc. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics functionality Knowledge of core application functionality Knowledge of specific functionality, such as the manufacturing module Solid understanding of the application technology stack Comprehensive knowledge of related technologies: Microsoft SQL ServerTM database software, Exchange, .NET, SharePoint services, BizTalk Server Ability to prepare and conduct business process analysis Ability to create and develop design specifications Ability to set up applications for gap/fit analysis General knowledge of how to conduct gap/fit analysis Experience in modeling business processes Thorough knowledge of planning and implementation of system tests to ensure that functionality, configuration, and data are as expected Ability to configure the live environment

REQUIREMENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION: Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional
The Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional is a premier certification that shows an individual has completed a predetermined set of required and elective certification exams. This certification helps demonstrate an individuals broad and deep knowledge of a Microsoft Dynamics productmore knowledge than is needed to achieve a Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist title. The Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional certification can build toward requirements to become a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
