About the Dr.Jaerock Lee Dr. Jaerock Lee was born in Muan, jeonnam Province, Republic of Korea, in 1943.

In his twenties, he suffered from a variety of incurable diseases for seven years and awaited death with no hope for recovery. One day in the spring of 1974, however, he was led to a church by his sister, and when he knelt down to pray, the living God immediately healed him of all his diseases. From the moment Dr.Lee met the living God through that wonderful experience, he has loved God with all his heart and sincerity, and in 1978 was called to be a servant of God. He prayed fervently so that he could clearly understand the will of God and wholly accomplish it, and obeyed all the word of God. In 1982, he founded Manmin Church in Seoul, S.Korea, and countless works of God, including miraculous healings and wonders, have been taking place at his church. In 1986, Dr.Lee was ordained as a pastor at the Annual Assembly of Jesus Sungkyul Church of Korea,and four later in 1990, hiss sermons began to be broadcast on the Far East Broadcasting Company, the Asia Broadcast Station, and the Washington Christian Radio System to Australia, Russia, the Philippines and many more. Three years later in 1993, Manmin Central Church was selected as one of the world Top 50 Churches by the Christian World magazine (US) and he received an Honorary Doctorate of Diving from Christian Faith

College, Florida, USA, and in 1996 a Ph.D in Ministry from Kingsway Theological Seminary, Iowa and USA. Since 1993, Dr.Lee has taken the lead in world mission through many overseas crusades in Israel, L.A., New York, Baltimore, Hawaii of the USA, Tanzania, Argentina, Uganda, Japan, Pakistan, Kenya, the Philippines, Honduras, India, Russia, Germany, Peru and Democratic Republic of Congo, and in 2002 he was called aworldwide pastor by major Christian newspapers in Korea for his work in various overseas crusades. As of September 2010, Manmin Central Church is a congregation of more than 100.000 members and had 9,000 branch churches throughout the globe including 53 Domestic branch church in major cities, and had so far commissioned more than 132 missionaries to 23 countries, including the United states, Russia, Germany, Canada, Japan, China, France, India, Kenya and many more. To this day, Dr. Lee has written 60 books, including bestsellers tasting Eternal Life before Death, My life my Faith I and II, and Hell, and his works have been being translated into more than 47 languages. His Christian columns appear on The Hankook IIbo, The JoongAng Daily, The Dong-A IIbo, The munhwa IIbo, The seoul shinmun, The Kyunghyang Shinmun, The Hankyoreh Shinmun, The korea Economic Daily, The Korea Herald, The Shisa News, The Christian Press.
