ll. lt is the policy of the Municipolity of lnfonto to'promulgole policies ond ordinonces thot will provide eliminotion of robies ond proleci lhe citizens from its serious effects. As monifested in the lnter-Locol heolth Zone ll monihly reports, lnfonlo hos o very high incidence of dog bites resulting to severol deoihs due to rob,ies. This ordinCInce, therefore, oims to eliminote if not tololly erodicote the incidence of dog bites in the municipolity'

obloin the doto on the onnuol populotion of dogs in the Municipolity of lnfonio, dog owners ore likewise required to register their pei dogs. Registrotion of pet dogs sholl be done every Morch of the current yeor.

The Songguniong Borongoys sholl be tosked to undertoke dog regisirotion in their respective borongoys. The Borongoy Treosurer sholl collect fifty pesos (P50.00) os registrotion fee of pet dogs in their respective borongcrys. The

prescribed registrotion form sholl be provided by ihe Office of the Municipol Agriculturist. After the registrotion in the borongoy level the occomplished form sholl be submitted to the Office of the Municipol Agriculturist for compilotion in its doto bonk.
SECTION IV. DOG IDENTIFICATION

A prescribed collor with proper dog identificotion sholl be issued by the Office of the Municipol Agriculturist to the pet owner upon poyment of P100.00

Every pet owner sholl be required io hove their dogs subjecied to yeorly voccinotion thot sholl be undertoken by the Office of the Municipol Agriculturist.

Voccinotion of pet dogs sholl be given free; however o fee of Fifty Pesos {P50.00) sholl be collected from pei owners who foil to hove their dogs voccinoted on the schedule iime of voccinotion.
SECTION Vl. LEASING/CONFINING OF DOGS -All dog owners ore hereby required to hove their pei dogs leoshed or confined in dog cells to prevent them from stroying on roods ond other public ploces.

All stroy dogs rooming in public ploces sholl be seized ond impounded in the designoted impounding oreo locoted of the Sonitory Londfill in Borongoy Mogsoysoy where cought stroy dogs sholl be leoshed or confined in fobricoted dog cells.

4:! lmpounded dogs sholl be kept of the impounding creo for 48 hours so os 43 to ollow the owners to redeem their pet dogs. Redemption fee sholl be P500.00. 44 After the 48-hour period ond the owner hos not redeemed his dog interested 45 individulos sholl be ollowed io odopt the unredeemed dogs ofter securing the 46 odoption popers of the Office of the Municipol Agriculturist. Adoption fee sholl 47 be Three Hundred Pesos (P300.00) poyoble to the Office of the Municipol 48 Treosurer.

He sholl moke recommendcrtions thqt will furiher improve the implementotion leoding to the totol eliminotion of robies. He sholl likewise be tosked to impose odministrotive fines to violotors of this ordinonce.
