The skills required to manage the Telecommunication industry are, Technical skills, Strong Personality and Leadership skills. These are important skills one need to have in order to manage Telecommunication industry. Technical skills consist of the technical knowledge and application made. Whereas in and industry like telecom, technical skills are very important. Operational capabilities necessary to perform certain job specifications, word processing has been used by many organizations. Personality traits are the different attitudes, beliefs and habitat possessed by different individuals, which varies from person to person. Traits are defined as the characteristics one posses and which differs from others. These five traits make up the essence of a person's personality: 1. Openness: refers to how much one is open to learn new things, always need to possess a learning attitude. 2. Conscientiousness: refers to how much a person is dedicated and responsible about his work. 3. Extraversion: refers to how well one can gel with people, open minded and can easily mix up in a team. 4. Agreeableness: refers to establishing ones point of view or accepting others point of view. 5. Neuroticism: refers to how much emotionally strong one is, or much one is able to cope up with pressure. Good personality traits help to influence others and the overall performance of the organization improves as well. Leadership can be stated as the influence a person does to his team members in order to fulfill the personal goals as well as the organizations. Leaders are always motivating the employees to perform well and help to achieve the organizational and personal objectives.

Answer to question no. 2

Two persons, 1 need to hire is one who will look after the technical challenges and one to look after the management side. Now in order to provide dsl line we need to look after the following aspects like networking and the optical fiber communication. The networking requires a perfect identification of topologies, like bus, star, delta etc. To provide a dsl to rural area we need well managed LAN network providing high definition data to every house and place. A person who has well knowledge about network connection, its problem and trouble shoot can only handle this situation. The computers of every house need to be controlled and synchronized; they should be connected to a controlling server so that they can communicate with each other freely. Again another part of proper communication is the communicating media. The communicating medias can be of 2 types, wireless and wired, large area of coverage is done by wireless media, for example the rural area devices can be connected via wires but when they are connected to the controlling server and for worldwide communication then wireless medium is used like antenna system. The link provider should use a electronics engineer or engineers who are specialist in their respective fields. Wiring can be done with many types but the fibers used are optical in nature, as they are susceptible to noise, gives highly accurate data without interference and also security of the data. Security is a important thing. the data send via medium must be reliable and the data must preserve its integrity and privacy, all this require optical fibers to be implemented, but one need to be well informed about fiber optics as they are very costly and has different mechanism, the fibers are thin and to introduce light in to the fiber is difficult again there are different types of optical fiber which need to chosen according to need. A electronics engineer having idea about the optical fiber and networking should be appointed

Another aspect is proper management. We need to look up to various factors before going to technical details, they are feasibility test, one need to see whether the technologies available, condition of the landform, social and economical condition available in that particular area. If wireless communication is required

somewhere then one must also see the weather condition prevailing there. Whow we introduce new technology in some new places we need to educate the mass and to make them realize its advantage and disadvantages, often there are political problems, which are necessary to solved out. The technical group will prepare the structure but they are implemented perfectly and the right time by a good manager who has the ability to motivate and to show leadership.

For the betterment and success of an organization all the members have to perform well and do their assigned duties properly. Team management plays a vital role in an organization. Leaders are required to motivate the workers and help them to accomplish their tasks. Need to encourage them and show them the right path to follow. Organizational Strategy is a very broad term which commonly describes any thinking that looks at the bigger picture. Successful companies are those that focus their efforts strategically. To meet and exceed customer satisfaction, the business team needs to follow an overall organizational strategy. A successful strategy adds value for the targeted customers over the long run by consistently meeting their needs better than the competition does. Strategy is the way in which a company orients itself towards the market in which it operates and towards the other companies in the marketplace against which it competes. It is a plan an organization formulates to gain a sustainable competitive advantage. The strategy should to satisfy workers with rewards and incentives and motivate them, because only when the workers are motivated an organization can achieve its goals. The chain of command should be horizontal. Horizontal organizational structure means a flat or closer to flat organizational structure. In a perfectly horizontal structure, there are no leaders, so usually this means a structure that is still vertical, but has been made more horizontal than what is typically referred to as vertical. Where the line is drawn is not exactly clear to me and perhaps depends upon all factors in a particular example and conversation. In general, any large organizational structure has both vertical and horizontal aspects to it and depending

on whether it is considered to be more vertical or more horizontal results in what it is called. To have a more horizontal organizational structure means cutting out levels of mid-management which results in allowing more horizontal level of authority. It does grant more authority to various horizontal layers of employees. This can help improve communication, remove inefficient bureaucratic steps, reduce unnecessary work and speed up the whole process. The problem with this can be whether or not the employees given this extra responsibility are in fact capable of handling it.
