Statistical Tables
To be read in conjunction with relevant tables.
Many of these tables include rounded figures, rounding differences may therefore occur. Figures for Northern Ireland Register Size as at end of period 2010/11 do not calculate correctly. This is due to validation after being integrated into the Companies House database. Figures for Scotland Register Size as at end of period 2010/11 may not calculate correctly. This is due to variations in the report schedule. Table F3 has been moved to the first section of the report and renamed as Table A7. This is to provide consistency in the company types included in the report. Table F4 has been moved to the first section of the report and renamed as Table A8. This is to provide consistency in the company types included in the report. Sections A, B, C and D provide statistical information based on the company types Private Limited (included limited by guarantee), Private Unlimited and Public Limited Companies (PLC). Section E provides statistical information based on all other company types. Section F provides statistical information on the workload of Companies House as a whole. Table D2 - Prosecution statistics for Scotland are not available as negotiations are ongoing with the Procurator Fiscals Office. Northern Ireland prosecution statistics are unavailable due to no prosecution actions being taken. Table F5 has been renamed as Table F3. Where new information has been included on tables F3, this information is not available prior to the periods reported.
