1. If the PC/Laptop is already installed with any Teracom 3G 3.6/7.2 Mbps USB Data card software,unistallitfirst,toavoidmismatch. 2. After unisatllation, connect the 3G 3.6/7.2 Mbps USB Data card in the PC/Laptops USB port. 3. The BSNL 3G 3.6/7.2 Mbps DATA CARD is normally a plug & play device and gets installedautomaticallyinanyWindowsOperatingSystem. 4. If the autorun program does not respond, check whether Plug and Play is in Automatic status in the Startup Type of Services in the Computer Management. 9.NewSoftwarePatch:

A new software patch is provided to overcome the problem of using both Qualcomm andEricssonchipsetbasedDatacardsinthesamePC/Laptopafresh. Aspertheinformation/solutiongivenbyM/s.Teracomasofnow: Thesoftwarepatchisof32.5MBsizeandneedstobeloadedtotheolddatacardusing QPSTTool.ThesolutionforloadingwillbegivenbyM/s.Teracom. ThesoftwareinstalledfromolddatacardshastoberemovedfromthePC/Laptop.The new software from the data card has to be installed in the PC/Laptop afresh to make both QualcommandEricssonChipsetsbasedDatacardstoworkinthesamePC/Laptop. ThenewsoftwareinstallsthedriversforQualcommandEricssonChipsetsseparately, wheneverusedinthePC/Laptopforthefirsttime.Therespectivedriverisselectedwhenthe respectiveDatacardisusedagain,thusworkswithoutclashing.
