Chapter III

DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT

This chapter describes the supplies and materials needed for the

completion of this project. It includes the list of all tools and equipment used in

the construction of the Dual-Powered Working Table.

Supplies and Materials

The quantity, unit, name and description of the supplies and materials

used in the construction of this study are listed in Table 1.

Try-out and Revision

The Dual-Powered Working Table after fabrication and assembly was

subjected to determine its capability of performance as it was envisioned to

operate.

Table 3 shows the defect found during the try-out and the revision made to

remedy the defect of the Dual-Powered Working Table.

open wire.

Construction Procedure

1. Planning and designing the prototype.

2. Prepare the working drawing/ diagram

3. Purchase the necessary supplies and materials needed.

4. Lay-out the desired measurement.

5. Cut wood base as to specific size

6. Locate the position of the other parts according to plan.

7. Assemble the needed parts to complete the device.

8. Test the effectiveness of the completed project.

9. Revise and remedy defects if any.

Construction Time Frame

Table 4 shows the activities and time allotment in constructing the project.

As shown in Table 5 shows the total cost of the supplies and materials for

the construction of the Dual-Powered Working table is Php 3,637.00

Table 6 presents the labor cost of the construction of the project

As presented in Table 6 the total cost of labor required in the construction

of the device is Php 1,650.00.

development of the project.

As depicted in Table7 the overhead cost is Php 363.70 and the operation
