RE: ACCOUNT MANDATE AND OPERATION

This is to formally bring to your notice and information, that the Laiki
Bank UK has received instructions from the National Bank, United Kingdom to
make payment to you amounting to Ten Million, Seven Hundred and Fifty
Thousand United States Dollars Only(US$10,750,000.00) being your
Inheritance entitlement. You are hereby expected to open a payment Account
with us to enable us credit your account with your Entitlement. This
instruction is based on the Correspondent Service Agreement (CSA) we
currently have with the National Bank of London, United Kingdom.

Authorization/Pin Code is 7094, due to technical difficulties, our ATM
Services is currently unavailable, though you can be certain that
Everything is being done to rectify the problem, as soon as this is
done you could be able to access your accounts status from any
Location of choice with the parameters provided.

The above account information is for your personal information and

reference, funds can not be transferred from the from the account neither
can you change the account information. Thus, Laiki Bank United
Kingdom would henceforth handle your entitlement effecting the final
remittance upon authorization, into your nominated account, Accordingly
in reference and compliance with stipulated banking procedures, we
require your attention and indulgence in filling the attached
accompanying form and fax back immediately upon completion with the
following:

1.Copy of your means of Identification i.e International Passport or

Drivers license
2, Copy of any utility bills showing your residential address.
This is to enable us authenticate and ascertain your personal data in
order to protect our Bank from fraudulent claims. Upon provision of the
above-mentioned requirements and completion of the verification
exercise; a Payment Account would be opened for you and you will be
furnished with an Account number and personal identification number
(Pin) or Authorization Code. This will enable you access your payment
account and enable you effect your funds transfer. Once the account
has been opened, your funds would immediately be transferred from the
Escrow Account to your Payment Account and the Escrow Account
closed.Please note that this is a payment account of a temporal nature
being a dollar denominated payment and the final remittance to you
nominated Bank coordinates will be in accordance with international
regulations and guidelines covering funds transfer across
international borders.

Please get in touch with us via the above given telephone number
and facsimile numbers when the need arises. Mr. Steven Cain will assist
you in all matters relating to your account; he has been assigned to
you as your Accounts officer. He would handle all enquiries and
information with regards to your account and provide you with necessary
assistance. It is in your interest to note that the minimum account opening
balance on Payment Account is US$4,500(converted in US currency).Your
payment Account would be immediately opened and functional upon your
payment of the minimum opening balance and out receipt of the endorsed
account opening form.
