About the Authors


Dr. Kiran Nerkar is currently Associate Professor at WomenCollege of Arts & Commerce Nandanwan, s Nagpur. He has a rich teaching experience of 25 years. He is also Chairman, Board of Studies in Business Administration and Business Management in Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. He has presented many papers in various National & State Commerce conferences. Dr. Vilas Chopde is presently working as Associate Professor and Vice- Principal at Dr. Ambedkar College, Deekshabhoomi, Nagpur. He has a vast teaching experience of 30 years at the undergraduate and postgraduation levels. He was Chairman, Board of Studies in Business Administration and Business Management in R. T. M. Nagpur University, Nagpur for 10 years. He is also Co-ordinator at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management and Research, Nagpur since 1987. He has published many papers in various national and international commerce and management journals.
