Use eye protection. Always wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles. check for damaged parts. Before using any product, any part that appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for alignment and binding of moving parts; any broken parts or mounting fixtures; and any other condition that may affect proper operation. Any part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by a qualified technician. Replacement parts and accessories. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty. Only use accessories intended for use with this product. Approved accessories are available from Harbor Freight Tools.

Your Roller Stand-Adjustable 2-in-1 will require complete assembly prior to use. It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with the unit BEFORE you use the Roller Stand. Before assembling your Roller Stand be sure that you have all parts described in the Parts List located on the last pages of this manual. Step 1) Attach the Roller Support Bar (#10) to the Vertical Tube (#4) using two Long Bolts (#17), two Large Washers (#15) and two Nuts (#16)-see Figure 1.

Figure 1-Roller Support Bar to vertical Tube Step 2) Attach each of the three (3) Legs (#1) to the Junction Bracket (#5) with Small Screws (#11). Insert four (4) Screws (#11) through each Leg (#1) and into the Junction Bracket (#5)-see Figure 2 on page 4.

Figure 2-Legs to Junction Bracket Connect one end of the Cross Brace (#2) to the lower mounting hole in one Leg (#1) using Small Washer (#14), Small Screw and Nut (#12). Connect the other end of Cross Brace (#2) to the lower mounting hole in second Leg (#1), using Small Washer (#14), Small Screw and Nut (#12). Repeat for other two (2) Legs (#1)-see Figure 3.

Insert the Vertical Tube (#4) down into the Junction Bracket (#5). Tighten down the plastic cover of the Junction Bracket (#5)-see Figure 2. Attach Plastic Foot (#3) onto each of the Legs (#1)-see Figure 3. Operation

To assist you with operation please refer to the Operational Figures as well as the Parts List located on the last pages of this manual. Adjusting Metal Rollers Step 1) The Metal Rollers (#8) on the Roller Support Bar (#10) can be adjusted for the type of workpiece. Rotate the Metal Rollers (#8) inward and upward by pushing up on the ends of the Metal Rollers. This will move the Metal Rollers (#8) into a V-type position for work on objects such as pipes and tubing. For flat work, set the Metal Rollers into a horizontal position as seen in Figure 4.

Note: Make sure the workpiece is properly centered and/or balanced or secure on the Roller Stand before using. A workpiece not properly secured or stabilized could fall off the Roller Stand, resulting in damage to the workpiece and/or personal injury.

Figure 4-Adjusting Rollers Adjusting the Height of the Rollers To adjust the height of the Roller Stand, loosen the Knob on the Junction Bracket (#5) by turning it counterclockwise. Raise or lower the Vertical Tube (#4) to the desired height. Tighten the Knob on the Junction Bracket (#5).
