Dear Sir, Subject: Customer Care and After Sales Services We take pleasure to introduce ourselves as Spares/Product supplier and Service Agency for MV and EHV Switchgear Products such as Air, Oil, Vacuum, SF6 Gas type Circuit Breakers and On Load Tap Changers, manufactured mainly by ABB Ltd, Crompton Greaves Ltd and Schneider Electric. In fact, we are executing various service contracts with our principles in capacity of Authorised Channel Partners. The unit is set up to provide various types of `After Sales Services' to the customers, spread all over India, in areas such as Erection, Commissioning, Repairs, Servicing, Overhauling, Retrofitting and Maintenance etc., related to MV/EHV Switchgear Products. Besides these main activities, we also undertake `calibration' of all types of protective relays and energy meters and supply or reclaim / recovery / purification / dew point temperature measurement of SF6 gas at sites as supplementary activities with a view to offer more comprehensive and total package to our valued customers for their convenience and benefit in general. We have a team of Qualified Service Engineers, specially trained at manufacturers premises, in their different switchgear products and whose services are being regularly retained / utilized by them and their branches all over India, towards attending customer complaints and problems in quick time. All our Directors have had the pleasure of working for HBB, Crompton Greaves and Siemens in their switchgear, quality and projects divisions, as well as abroad, with Bahwan group, Muscat for 6 years in their Electrical Projects division. We have successfully completed servicing & Relay testing of 700 Nos of 33KV Vacuum circuit breakers ( CGL / ABB / Siemens / Megawin / BMC ) at SUZLON , Nandurbar. We also have a manufacturing facility, where we undertake MS fabrication works and have been supplying to OEMs like CGL, Jyoti Structures etc as well as export to UAE. We have been operating as service agency of above principles since past 16 years and we express our keen interest to get associated with you, in capacity as deemed fit. We are willing to recruit additional and dedicated manpower, train them and invest in more equipment, as required.
