These principles are derived from the principles of the Global Compact, the guidelines for multinational corporations within the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO). They are enacted with due regard to the laws applying in the local and international scope and in recognition of the various areas and cultures in which Musala Soft operates

Respect for human rights
We respect and support compliance with the internationally recognized human rights.

Nonuse of child labor

We do not tolerate child labor. Young people may only be employed within the framework of the legal provisions in force, in which case we ensure that they are suitably protected.

Nonuse of forced or involuntary labor

We reject any form of forced or obligatory labor.

We ensure equal opportunities in hiring and employment. No one is discriminated against on the basis of race, colour, gender, national origin, age, religion, sexual orientation or disability.

With the majority of employees in the IT business being engineers and most of those male, there is a pressing need to encourage more women to join and excel in these vocations. As a first step in addressing the wider issue of employment diversity, the Musala Soft is focusing on gender diversity, with the aim of fostering greater employment of women, creating a framework for advancing the careers of female employees, promoting information-sharing internally and with parties outside the Musala Soft, and building employee networks.

Respect and duty to employees

We are opposed to any form of mental, physical or sexual harassment, whether in the form of gestures, words or physical contact. We ensure that complaints are dealt with immediately and that appropriate measures are taken.

Respect for the right of association

We respect the right of our employees to join employee associations. We work constructively and in an atmosphere of trust with the employee associations.

Compliance to laws and regulations in respect to wages and benefits

We comply with the national laws and agreements concerning working hours and regular paid holidays.

Health and safety - regulations and workplace

Musala Soft strives to adopt sound labor and employment practices and to maintain a healthy, safe and productive work environment. We ensure safety at work and protection of health at the workplace at least equivalent to the national regulations in force. Employees comply with the regulations concerning health and safety at the workplace.

Working hours in compliance to the laws and overtime compensation

We comply with the national laws and agreements concern ing working hours and regular paid holidays. We comply with the legally prescribed or contractually agreed minimum wages. We respect the principle of Equal pay for equal work, e.g. for women and men, within the framework of national legislatio n.

As a software company, Musala Softs impact on the environment from its own operations is relatively low. But the expectations of our partners and clients are quite clear: Climate change is a cross-industry issue and all industries must respond to the challenge. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods, with regular review points. We will encourage customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to do the same. Paper We will minimise the use of paper in the office. We will reduce packaging as much as possible. We will seek to buy recycled and recyclable paper products. We will reuse and recycle all paper where possible. Energy and Water

We will seek to reduce the amount of energy used as much as possible. Lights and electrical equipment will be switched off when not in use. Heating will be adjusted with energy consumption in mind. The energy consumption and efficiency of new products will be taken into account when purchasing. Office Supplies We will evaluate if the need can be met in another way. We will evaluate if renting/sharing is an option before purchasing equipment. We will evaluate the environmental impact of any new products we intend to purchase. We will seek to buy more environmentally friendly and efficient products. We will reuse and recycle everything we are able to. Transportation We will reduce the need to travel, restricting to necessity trips only. We will promote the use of travel alternatives such as e-mail or video/phone conferencing. We will make additional efforts to accommodate the needs of those using public transport or bicycles. We will use the 'green' vehicles and maintain them rigorously. Maintenance and Cleaning We will comply with and exceed all relevant regulatory requirements. We will continually improve and monitor environmental performance. We will continually improve and reduce environmental impacts. We will incorporate environmental factors into business decisions. We will Increase employee awareness through training. Monitoring and Improvement

Cleaning materials will be as environmentally friendly as possible. Materials used in office refurbishment will be as environmentally friendly as possible. We will only use licensed and appropriate organisations to dispose of waste. Culture We will involve staff in the implementation of this policy, for greater commitment and improved performance. We will update this policy at least annually in consultation with staff and other stakeholders where necessary. We will provide staff with relevant environmental training. We will work with suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors to improve their environmental performance. We will use local labour and materials where available to reduce C02 and help the community.

Company Structure

Company Processes
The activities in Musala Soft are conducted in accordance with the implemented and constantly improved Corporate Management System based on the ISO 9001:2008 standard, CMMI model , ISO 27001 model, Social responsibility and Environmental management principles and process models best practices. At the heart of any successful project lies an effective methodology, reflected in a well-established software development process. This is especially true for outsourced projects where specific issues

should be addressed. All of the business activities at Musala Soft focus on outsourced projects, and as a result we are committed to clear communication with our clients.

Actors and Responsibilities

Musala Soft acquires resources from the best training grounds and universities. Staff members have knowledge that covers a broad range of technology projects, and multiple years of experience in the software development industry. In addition, Musala Soft has assembled specially trained quality assurance and technical support personnel in order to support its development activities. We maintain a focused and flexible organization, and as a result we are able to react quickly to the needs of each client. We recognize that our clients do not have time to wrestle with bureaucracy, so we place our developers in small project teams that are designed to be efficient and responsive, keeping management overhead low. Team members are committed to non-stop learning, knowledge sharing and a high degree of personal involvement. As a result, each team is able to achieve more than individual members could accomplish alone.

Top Management (TM)

The Chief Executive Officer and the President present the Top Management of Musala Soft. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for definition and management of overall company policy, teams and interrelations between teams, internal company infrastructure, quality management and improvements. The President is responsible for the human resources management.

Senior Management (SM)

The Senior Management of Musala Soft is presented by VP Technology and Innovation, Chief Operating Officer, Technical Directors (TD), Technical Resources Manager (TRM), Quality Manager (QM), Administrative Manager (AM), VP Business Development and Human Resources Manager (HRM). The Team Leaders are responsible for the client, change and configuration management. The Team Leader and Quality Manager are responsible for the operational management of teams and projects. The Quality Manager is also responsible for internal company auditing and QMS improvement. The Technical Resources Manager is responsible for provision of resources, work environment and infrastructure. The Senior Management reports to the Top Management.

Team Members (TMB)

The Team Members consist of Team Leaders (TL), Software Engineers (SE), Quality Assurance Engineers (QAE), Technical Writers (TW), Customer Support Specialists (CS), Technical Resource Specialist (TRS), Technical Support Assistant (TSA), Administrative Assistant (AA) and Business Development Specialists (BDS). SEs, QAEs, TWs and CSs are organized in teams according to project specifics. SEs are responsible for software development, testing, and documentation. QAEs are also responsible for testing and documentation and for various other quality assurance activities. TWs are responsible for solution documentation preparation, CSs are responsible for activities related to support phase. The TRM is responsible for technical resource, company infrastructure and work environment. The HRM is responsible for processes connected with human resources recruitment, development and training and the AA is responsible for executing operational tasks.

Management Representative
The Top Management of Musala Soft has appointed Mr. Delyan Lilov, CEO, to be the management representative in respect to the corporate policies and the corporate management system, established in Musala Soft. Mr. Delyan Lilov has all the responsibilities and authority, required and described in clause 5.5.2 of ISO 9001:2008.
