The Diet Lasts 30 Days Divided Into 3 Sections of 10 Days
Per day:
- Eat all kinds of meat (even pork). Chicken, cold cuts, sausages, fish (do not
eat in breadcrumbs, because of the flour).
- Half a small tomato.
- Low-fat yogurt.
- Cheeses of all kinds.
- 5 crackers or GLUTEN bread.
- Diet gelatin.
- Use mayonnaise, golf sauce, mustard, salt, oil, vinegar, pepper, lemon.
- Drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
- The amount of food allowed is unlimited.
- But it is important not to try any of the forbidden.
Example of a day:
- You can have breakfast coffee, mate, tea with sweeteners plus 3 gluten
breads with cheese and cold meat (a teaspoon of cream is allowed in the
coffee).
- Mid-morning diet yogurt.
- Before lunch (one hour) if you are hungry a snack: peanuts, olives, salami,
cheese.
- At lunch: unlimited meats according to appetite (baked, grilled, grilled).
- If you tolerate oils or fats (such as bacon) there is no problem with
consumption.
- Do not try fruit or milk.
- Drinks allowed are: water, mate, tereré and soda unlimited. Diet sodas one
glass per day.
- Dinner is the same as lunch, and the measure is the same as breakfast.
- On the third or fourth day you will be desperate for something sweet: do
