The general provisions are specified, which are the necessary requirements so that the procedure can be

and tools, among others.

3.5 PROCEDURE DESCRIPTION

The following table can describe the procedure to be documented, starting with the activity which is written
starting with a verb in the infinitive such as plan, measure, prepare, among others. Then, each activity must be
classified using an “X” according to the component of the PHVA cycle to which it corresponds (Plan, do, verify or
act), then the documents and/or records that are necessary, whether external or internal, are recorded ( in the
case of documents), finally the person responsible for each activity must be registered.
