SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY TO OPEN SAVINGS ACCOUNTS IN BANCOLOMBIA

citizenship card No. __________________I hereby confer the following
Special Power of Attorney, in favor of _______________________of legal age,
identified by citizenship card No._____________________ so that, in my name and
on my behalf
representation, with broad powers, to complete and sign all the documents required
by Bancolombia and to open a savings account in my name, by virtue of knowing and
accepting the conditions for the opening of the savings account in the Bank, as well
as its fees and commissions for services, in the so-called Optimum Plan (Plan 10).

The funds that will be deposited in the aforementioned account will only be used for
transactions that, in accordance with the Colombian legal system, are appropriate.
When the Bank becomes aware of an improper use of these resources, by virtue of
any regulatory noncompliance, Bancolombia is authorized to terminate the savings
account contract.

Consequently, my attorney-in-fact is hereby empowered to: (i) sign the contracts, the
documents related to the opening of the account and the exchange documents
required (ii) receive the debit card issued by the Bank (iii) receive and generate the
first and second password; (iv) sign the corresponding documents for the
authorization of automatic debit charged to the account for the payment of
amortization installments(v) to sign the corresponding documents for the
authorization of the automatic credit to the account of the drafts sent from abroad; (vi)
to sign the corresponding documents for the marking of the account as exempt from
the tax on financial movements (GMF), if applicable.

I hereby grant this power of attorney to the _________________ days of the month of

Colombian Consul or in his absence before competent authority with Apostille
procedure(Convention de La Haye du 5 octobre 1961).
