in C.A. No. 36/K of 1987 titled as M/s Hotel Plaza
International Vs. Pakistan Television Corporation. Cop of
judgment attached as ANNEX “A”.
3. That the matter even otherwise relates to collection of public
revenues.
4. That earlier on petitioner’s request petition was fixed for
hearing for 30.5.2000 but it could not be heard and stands left
over.
In view of the above, it would be in the
interest of justice, equity and fair play if the
hearing of the petition is accelerated and the
petition is adjudicated upon at an early date.
