ADVOCACY MANAGER Leads the development, execution and evaluation of the Foundations advocacy agenda and programs. Candidates must have bachelors degree and at least seven years experience in similar jobs. Candidates should be proficient in policy development and evaluation, communication and publication. FINANCE OFFICER Ensures that policies and procedures in finance, budgeting, audit and investments are installed and consistently complied with. Specific responsibilities include financial policy/systems development and management reporting; trust investments and monitoring; financial and budget management; financial analysis and accounting; statutory compliance; and staff supervision. Candidates must be certified public accountants with at least five (5) years related work experience. They should be proficient in financial management (i.e., financial accounting; investment accounting; taxation; budget preparation and monitoring; and labor and corporate laws). PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & NETWORKING OFFICER Responsible for enterprise partner capacity development and multi-stakeholder linkaging. Candidates should have a bachelors degree with at least five (5) years experience in similar positions. They should be proficient in program/project management, institution building, networking, training and development, and business planning and evaluation. RESOURCE LEVERAGING OFFICER - Responsible for managing and monitoring investment partnerships, and ensuring compliance with portfolio performance agreements and standards. Candidates should have a bachelors degree with at least five (5) years experience in similar positions. They should be proficient in program/project management, institution building, networking, training and development, and business planning and evaluation. SOCIAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES OFFICER Responsible for industry scanning; opportunity spotting; and management of enterprise development packages. Candidates should have a bachelors degree with at least five (5) years experience in similar positions. They should be proficient in program/project management, institution building, networking, and training and development. EVALUATION AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OFFICER Responsible for appraising project proposals, and formulating and executing a program/project documentation, monitoring and evaluation system. Candidates should have a bachelors degree with at least five (5) years experience in similar positions. They must be proficient in project appraisal, project management, monitoring and evaluation.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR In-charge of the overall supervision of the Foundations special project with an external donor for program on renewable energy and disaster risk reduction. Candidates should have a bachelors degree with at least five (5) years experience in similar positions. They should be proficient in program/project management, institution building, networking, and training and development. KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST Responsible for providing technical support in the areas of research and development, knowledge and information management, and communications and publications. Candidates should have a bachelors degree with at least three (3) years experience in similar positions. They must be proficient in knowledge management, research and development, and communications and publications. OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Responsible for project support, database administration, office administration, logistical support and secretarial support. Candidates should have a bachelors degree with at least three (3) years experience in similar positions. HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST Responsible for recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits administration, HR records maintenance; and support to training and development activities. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in related fields (such as human resource management, labor management, or psychology) enhanced by at least three (3) years of professional experience in a similar position. HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Provides support in human resource and administrative functions with office administration, procurement, maintenance of office and premises, human resource and administrative requirements. The candidate must have at least 2 year college education, with 2 years work experience in office administration.
