Description:
We are providing Human Resources Solution iHR for their integrated ERP. It has
the modules like Administration, Employee, Payroll Definitions, Payroll Process,
Recruitment, Leaves and Relieving.
iHR is having an extensive flexibility to the end user for creating the
Pay Elements, Pay Structure, specifying the order and executing the
periodic Payroll process. There is a tool to build the business rules on Pay
Elements and building of configurable reports.
The payroll is flexible designed, developed and maintained to cater all the needs
of the organization. Payroll Project was classified into two type of elements. They are pay
element and other pay elements. The pay elements are independent elements that
constitute the pay structure. The other element depends on the pay element. The payroll
can be processed on a particular date. he pay can process monthly, weekly. Payroll is the
option of daily attendance and generates the loss of the no of working days and
calculates the Pay.

Fish4Cards is an online sales web site / application that cater to the needs of
selling various products like – Calling Cards, Mobile Vouchers, Sim Cards etc. The project
contains four Two main Applications – viz., Online Sales on User Side which deals
shopping cart, payment gateway etc., on the Administrative side, it has SMS (Stores
Management System) Application which contains the modules like Administration, Stock,
Purchase, Sales, Security and Reports etc.
