School Name: Mayor Anunciacion R. Tuazon National School of Fisheries
School Address: Calunasan, Calape , Bohol
Topic: Solving Systems of Linear Equation in Two Variables by Graphing
Year Level: Second Year

Objectives:

A.Subject Learning Area:

1. At the end of the lesson the student should be able to distinguish among the three
kinds of systems of linear equation in two variables based on the following

a.slope

b.number of solutions

c.graph

d. ratio form

2. At the end of the lesson the student should be able to identify those whose graphs
intersect, coincide, and are parallel , given a pair of linear equation in two variables.
3. At the end of the lesson the student should be able to draw out the solution based
on the coordinates of the intersection of the graph.
B.ICT Learning Area :
1. At the end of the lesson the student should be able to access and retrieve
appropriate information from the internet.
2. At the end of the lesson the student should be able to communicate with a targeted
audience by using such communication technologies as e-mail and web browsers.
3. At the end of the lesson the student should be able to demonstrate an understanding
that information can be transmitted through a variety of media.
4. At the end of the lesson the student should be able to create a plan
for an inquiry that includes consideration of time management.

Class Duration:

One (1) Hour

ICT Tools/Resources:

1. Computer with Internet connection

2. Manual
3. Software
4. Internet URL of the subject matter

Pre-requisite Skills:

1. The student has the initial knowledge on how to find the coordinates of a point.
2. The student has the ability to graph linear equations in two variables using slope and
y intercept.
3. The student's basic knowledge on how coinciding lines, parallel lines,
and intersecting lines look like.

Preparations: Before the class the following must be done:

1. Check the availability of computers with LAN

2. http://lgfl.skoool.co.uk/viewdetails.
3. The student will be assined to group activities.
4. Save URLs in the hard disk or CD/diskette.
