Inability to provide a home environmen t conducive to health maintenanc e and personal developme nt due to: a. Lack of knowledge about the importance of proper disposal of garbage.

It is moderately modifiable because the community may learn how to properly dispose their waste but if the collectors of the garbage are not going to collect it weekly the problem will still be the same. Health teachings on how to properly manage their wastes are great help. It will reduce the risk of having breeding sites of vectors but will not totally solve the problem. The community recognizes it as a problem but they cant do anything about it.
