4.2.5. Training included On the Job .2.5.

As we know On-the-job training takes place in a normal working situation, using the actual tools, job equipment, documents or materials that trainees will use when fully trained. On On-the-job training has a general reputation as most effective for vocational work.

50% 100% 70% Job rotation Understanding approach Action learning

According to the chart above we can see the entire respondent has got on the job training from the bank. I considered job rotation, understanding approach and action learning in questionnaire as On the job training. Job rotation takes on different perspectives. The employee is usually not simply going to another department. In some vertically integrated organizations, for example, where the supplier is actually part of same organization or subsidiary, job rotation might be to the supplier to see how the business operates from the supplier point of view. Learning how the organization is perceived from the outside broadens the executives outlook on the process of the organization. Or the rotation might be to a foreign office to provide a global perspective. We can see job rotation is common to all respondent as all of them got job rotation training. On the other hand we can see 70% of respondent has response towards understanding approach training. Action Learning is a process for bringing together a group of people with varied levels of skills arning and experience to analyze an actual work problem and develop an action plan. The group continues to meet as actions are implemented, learning from the implementation a making and mid-course corrections. Action Learning is a form of learning by doing. We can very well course understand by the graph that 50% of the respondent got action learning as training.

4.2.6. Training included Off the Job .2.6.

Off the job training of the Al Arafah Islami Bank Limited includes mostly lecture method, case rafah study and outside seminar than role playing or behavior model. But here also mention that case study is very much popular than other methods methods.

Role playing 80% 70% 70% 80% 40% Case study Lecture Behavior modeling Outside seminar

In my questionnaire I have used role playing, behavior modeling, outside seminar, case study and lecture as off the job training. The chart illustrates respondents has given response to all of these training. As we know Role play is a simulation in which each participant is given a role to play. Trainees are given with some information related to description of the role, concerns, objectives, responsibilities, emotions, etc. Then, a general description of the situation, and the general problem that each one of them faces, is given. For instance, situation could be strike in factory, managing conflict; two parties in conflict, scheduling vacation days, etc. in Al Arafah Bank 80% of the respondents have got training of role playing. Again we know Behavior Modeling uses the s innate inclination for people to observe others to discover how to do something new. As we can see 70% respondents provided response towards behavior modeling. And respectively o outside seminar, case study and lecture has got response of 40%, 80% and 80%. So I can say employees of the bank are getting off the job training with well knowledge.
