b. More info on Great Awakening and why Baptists felt moved to participate
(gradual growth of the baptists received a major boost during this time).
Which Baptists participated why and why not.
c. Effects of GA for Baptist. Acceptance of denominationalism. Made bapts
more mainstream. Some of the newer groups made Baptists seem less radical
d. Why they grew in the south (fresh soil, frontier, new souls to win)
e. Why Bapts. such avid patriots (British Gov’t meant Anglican Domination in
colonies)

that while they were being persecuted elsewhere they were most successful

to which they had to pay taxes in support of.

and freedom came religious tolerance, not the mention the notion of a
democratic religion as well as an end to the established Anglican Church
o. Learn more about Slavery and Abolition during pre and post Revolutionary
periods. Which Baptists supported it and which didn’t, and give examples.
