GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY KNOW all men by these presents that I, Chilumuri Venkata Raja Reddy son of late

Krishna Reddy, Hindu, aged 80 years, now present at Door No.12-10-4, Swapna, Official Colony, Srikakulam Town and District, Andhra Pradesh do hereby appoint my son Sri Chilumuri Venkata Muralidhar Son of Venkata Raja Reddy, aged 51 years, residing at Kolkata, now present door no.12-10-4, Swapna, Official Colony, Srikakulam town and Municipality, Andhra Pradesh, as my attorney and I authorize him to do all or any of the following acts or things on my behalf with regard to the property which devolved upon me under an un-registered will executed by my late wife Smt.Chilumuri Indira Devi, W/o Raja Reddy on 17/10/2010 which morefully described in the schedule and the other properties which I owned in my name or on my behalf to do and execute all or any of the acts and things. 1. To demand, collect and receive and give effectual bonafide discharge of, in my name and on my behalf all debts, advancfes and claims due to me. He shall further have power to take and use all lawful proceedings and means of recovering and receiving the said debts advances, and to commence and to prosecute and to defend at law all actions suits, claims and demands and for all or any of the purposes aforesaid to do and execute such instruments or things as shall be thought necessary or expedient. 2. To borrow from time to time such sums of money and upon on such terms as the said attorney may think fit upon the security of any of my property whether movable or immovable and for such purposes to execute such mortgages, charges, pledges or other securities upon such covenants, terms and conditions as may be thought proper. 3. To sell, exchange, surrender, lease or dispose off any houses, buildings, lands belonging to me or held by me and to transfer release any mortgges, or also to execute or enforce any powers of sale or other powers under any such mortgages or charges or other wise to realize or obtain the benefit thereof in such manner as may be though expedient. 4. To invest any of my monies upon such investments as my attorney may in his absolute discretion thinks fit with power from time to time to very and investments and pending investment to deposit of any of my monies at any bank. 5. To draw accept, endorse, negotiate, retire, pay any bill of exchange, promissory note, cheques or other negotiable instruments which my attorney may deem necessary or proper relating to my affairs. 6.
