2008. “Multimedia Presentation in Teaching Plants among Grade V Pupils”, adviser:

This study wanted to determine the effectiveness of multimedia presentation in

teaching plans among grade five pupils of Mahayahay Elementary School. The enhanced

power point presentation used during the discussion about the topic plants. Pretest was

given on the first day of conduction and posttest in every after the discussion.

The researchers prepared a power point presentation and a rubric for each that

was implemented to the pupils to determine the effectiveness of the prepared multimedia

presentation in teaching plants among grade five pupils.

Findings revealed that there was a higher increase of pupils’ performance exposed

to multimedia presentation. There is a significant difference between the performance of

the respondents exposed Multimedia presentation and lecture method.
