Conduct geotechnical investigation survey by accredited specialists. b. Design and verify by accredited specialists c/w shop drawings for minor civil work and architectural alternation in accordance with the tender document. c. Set out the exact location of the 6 nos. mini-piles along the exposed LPG pipe routing. d. Lower the permanent circular steel casing to the 30m depth using hydraulic crawler drill with oscillator according to ODEX drilling method. Casing remains in-situ to rock head level. e. When bedrock is encountered, a rock socket will be formed by using 190mm flat bit with hydraulic down-the-hole hammer mounted on a drilling rig. A drilled hole of min. 190mm diameter is formed f. Clean the bored hole by flushing with compressed air and water. g. Install a reinforcement bar group fabricated by bundling four T50 hot rolled high yield steel bars of grade 460 with tie wires and separated from each other by a bar spreader. Use couplers to connect the reinforcement bars to the desired length. Two 21mm diameter grout tubes are tied to the whole length of the bar group for grouting.

h. Grout mix is a mixture of water and Ordinary Portland Cement with W/C ratio of 0.42 by weight, the minimum strength being 40MPa at 28 days i. Grout the min-pile by tremmie method; cement grout is pumped down to the bottom of the hole displacing water upwards. j. Supply and installation of concrete blocks on the mini-piles for installation of concrete plinths along LPG pipes. 2. Same as above but the depth of min-piles is 20m instead of 30m. 3. Same as above but the depth of min-piles is 10m instead of 30m. Option 2: 1. Design and verify by accredited specialists c/w shop drawings for minor civil work and architectural alternation in accordance with the tender document. 2. Excavate the affected area (approx. 5m width) along the LPG exposed pipes routing (approx. 40m in length). 3. Construct retaining wall in the excavated area; 4. Provide and compact with new washed sand/granites powder, which must be free of salt or chemical, to fill up the excavation area fully to ensure that the floor of the LPG exposed pipe shall be level, free from depressions and then paved with reinforcement concrete cover. The soil compaction should be at a level of 95% density minimum. Thank you for your kind attention.
