Defendants to pay $40,000.00 in settlement proceeds into Court (Document 31). 3. On March 19, 2011, Defendants counsel, Robert J. Seibert, hand-delivered

a settlement draft in the amount of $40,000.00 payable to the United States District Court Eastern District of Michigan to the Court Clerk. A copy of the Treasury Registry evidencing payment is attached hereto, marked Exhibit A. WHEREFORE, Defendants have satisfied the terms of this Courts March 30, 2011 Order and request that an Order of Dismissal with Prejudice be entered by the Court.
