Learning Team Goals (May include project assignment goals, group process goals, quality level goals, etc.) 1. Meeting deadlines. 2. Presenting accurate and concise information. 3. Be able to better integrate with team members. 4. Receive an A on our overall presentation. 5. Remain courteous to each other. 6. 7. What are potential barriers to the achievement of these goals? Due to pre-determined arrangements, not all of our group members are capable of meeting afterschool for group collaboration. Moreover, our distance prevents us from meeting on weekends to practice presentation management as well as collaborate our information personally.

Ground Rules Meeting schedule, locations, attendance expectations, agenda, assignment completion, communication methods, etc. All members are required to produce their own portions of the presentation without fault. If a partners portion of the presentation is left incomplete, then the slide will be left as is for the final presentation. All members are required to communicate and participate in group collaboration of the presentation. This includes volunteering to stay after school to work, gather information , etc. All assigned portions of information for this group will be shared via Google Docs and that is where the powerpoint will be collaborated on. All members are expected to maintain the schedule assigned prior to the presentation date to practice the flow of the presentation.

Conflict Management What are potential conflicts that might arise among or between team members during this course? How will team members deal with these and other conflicts? Not being able to spend time afterschool together to collaborate on the project verbally. Work during AM Rounds together as well as during lunch. Distance between the members. Will communicate more during school hours.
