ORDERED that on Monday, September 29, 2008, the government will go
foward with the following witnesses (not necessarily in this order); Jeri Best,
Courtney Boone, Brian Byrne, Jack Billings, Kent Cooper, Cecil Dale, III, John
Fugate, Charlie Hart, Edgar Hernandez, Daniel Johnston, Jim Kaiser, Clint
Murdock, Heather Resz, and Caleb Clemons. The government will call Bill
Allen no sooner than Tuesday, September 30, 2008. The government will
provide defense counsel with a list of all exhibits it intends to use with these
