H 600
Tripoli, 2011
Small scale oil processing plant (SSOP- ADU) of Type H 600 (to be mentioned later as H 600) is intended for production of:
Straight processed (straight run) gasoline (benzene, or petrol); Diesel petrol (Summer or Winter type); Power plant heavy fuel ( mazute or naphtha);
H 600 may be located in the place of crude oil or gas condensate production or near by location. Additionally H 600 is capable to produce motor fuel and kerosene.
The same H 600 is capable to process a crude oil and gas condensate without any substructure changes. The production of distillates is taken place in short period of time any without any capital investments to the site itself.
The H 600 SSOP-ADUs are fully automated and can be handled by very few personal.

The H 600 consists of several modules. All of them may be transported by trailers. The distinctive feature of the H 600 is the use of horizontally located mass-exchange units. The separation of the raw materials into fractions is taken place in horizontally laid rectification module.
Rectification module A 1 representing the concentrating part of the column, placed horizontally.
Evaporator E 2 is the extracting part of the main column. Diesel fractions are separated from low-boiling fractions in Evaporator E 3.
The incoming crude (raw material) is heated in 2 tubes like single stream heaters of Type P 300. The fuel for heaters is: naphtha or natural gaz. Additionally, near 40 % of the heat is re captured from heat-exchangers. The extra cooling of the products is taken place in air-coolers. There are no any liquid or gas-like emissions during starting of H 600 and its operation.
During the operation electricity and fuel for heaters are consumed. There is an irregular need in technical nitrogen, water and water steam.
In order to secure the high quality of products and smooth operation of H 600 there are following demands to raw materials (if crude is used) used in the process like:
Mass content, in %
Hydrogen sulphide
no
Mercaptanes Sulphur, mass % Paraphine, mass % Water, mass % Salts (as NaCl)
no not less than 1 not more than 9 not more than 0.15 not more than 20mg/dm
The basic foundations have to be prepared for installation of modules and pipe lines.
The displacement of the equipment must give the accesses to service the modules, quick access for evacuation in case of emergency, the layer of electrical and engineering subsystems and network must be commenced in antifire and anti-blast mode.
The Operators room must be located at the distance of 80-100 meters from H 600 and positioned by windows towards the SSPU.
The switches and fuses Room must be located at the distance not less than 30 meters from H 600. In order to provide non- stop operation of the H 600, the raw (crude) storage have to be provided with the capacity of not less than 750 m.
There are must be store facilities for each kind of the products generated with the capacity of not less than a 2 operation days as well an emergency reservoir of not less than 50 m.
Water supply must be provided for the firefighting purposes and a sewage system must be installed to evacuate rain water.
5. FINANCIAL DETAILS.
The price offer for one complete set of H 600 on the turn- key basis with a 1 year guarantee and complete set of SPTA for one year is Euro 22.800.000,00.
The balance of 50 %is to be paid by a Letter of Credit opening of 25% prior departure of H 600 from port and a final installment to be paid after assembling, testing and launching of H 600 and issue of Acceptance certificate by the Customer.
