Pizza

For 04 Portions

1. Mixed Meat Pizza (pan cooked)


2. Mixed Vegetable Pizza (oven baked)

Ingredients - Mixed Meat Pizza (pan cooked)

Julienne of chicken, lamb and duck 200 Grs each


Julienne of chicken, ham and bacon 200 Grs each
Julienne of sausage 100 Grs
Slice of boiled egg 04 Nos
Onion and capsicum rings 100 Grs each
Salt and white powder (if you need only) Little bit
Tomato concasse 02 Cups
Oregano and basil herbs (chopped) ½ Tsp each
Cheddar cheese (grated) 300 Grs
Mozzarella cheese (grated) 100 Grs
Pizza dough (round) 04 Nos

Ingredients - Pizza Dough

For 8 pizzas – for 8 rounds

Flour 01 Kg
Yeast (instant) 15 Grs
Water to required pliability
Salt 15 Grs
Sugar 01 Tbsp
Astra margarine 100 Grs
Method - Pizza Dough

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well and leave aside to rise for 01 hour. Later
divide this into 08 balls and leave aside once again to rise, use when required.
Please note the dough tends to become sour if left out for too long, and should be
refrigerated.

Preparation of Pizza – Mixed Meat Pizza (pan cooked)

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin dusting some flour on the surface to avoid sticking
to the rolling pin. Heat a pan (suitable for pizza) with a little margarine bake both sides of
the dough on a slow fire. Allow cooling, and spread tomato sauce on the bread put the
mixed meat (already cooked), boiled egg slices, raw vegetables and the rest of the
ingredients top with cheese and return to the pan. Put a lid on and compete baking till the
cheese melts. Please remember to bake on a low fire to prevent burning.

Tri colour bell pepper rings (seedless) 150 Grs each


Mushroom and fungus 50 Grs each
Onion and tomato rings 200 Grs each
Young corn and water chesnut 100 Grs each
Black and green olives 04 Nos each
Carrot, cabbage ans spinach (blanched) 50 Grs each
Green chillie (sliced) 02 Nos
Salt and pepper powder (if you need only) Little bit
Tomato concasse 02 Cup
Oregano and basil herbs (chopped) 1/2 Tsp each
Cheddar cheese (grated) 300 Grs
Mozzarella cheese (grated) 100 Grs
Pizza dough (round) 04 Nos

Preparation of Pizza – Mixed Vegetable Pizza (oven baked)

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin dusting some flour on the surface to avoid sticking
to the rolling pin. Roll out into 8 inch disks. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Now
spread tomato sauce (concasse) on the bread and arrange all the vegetables in
methodically, and the rest of the ingredients topped with cheese and put into a pre heated
oven bake at 180 c for about 10-12 minutes.
