Flour 01 Kg
Yeast (instant) 15 Grs
Water to required pliability
Salt 15 Grs
Sugar 01 Tbsp
Astra margarine 100 Grs
Method - Pizza Dough
Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well and leave aside to rise for 01 hour. Later
divide this into 08 balls and leave aside once again to rise, use when required.
Please note the dough tends to become sour if left out for too long, and should be
refrigerated.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin dusting some flour on the surface to avoid sticking
to the rolling pin. Heat a pan (suitable for pizza) with a little margarine bake both sides of
the dough on a slow fire. Allow cooling, and spread tomato sauce on the bread put the
mixed meat (already cooked), boiled egg slices, raw vegetables and the rest of the
ingredients top with cheese and return to the pan. Put a lid on and compete baking till the
cheese melts. Please remember to bake on a low fire to prevent burning.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin dusting some flour on the surface to avoid sticking
to the rolling pin. Roll out into 8 inch disks. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Now
spread tomato sauce (concasse) on the bread and arrange all the vegetables in
methodically, and the rest of the ingredients topped with cheese and put into a pre heated
oven bake at 180 c for about 10-12 minutes.
