No 1-3 shall carry allowances and benefits as per central Government /SAMEER Rules General Conditions: 1 .Age limit will be applicable as on last date of receiving application. Upper age limit will be relaxed for reserved category as per Govt. of India Rules. Upper age limit will also be relaxed for departmental candidates depending on their period of service. 2. Reservation: Candidates applying against reserved posts, in the category of SC & OBC

has to submit attested copy of certificate in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority specified by the Central Government. OBC certificate issued should not be older than one year on the closing date of advertisement. 3. TA: Reserved Candidates called for interview will be paid to & fro second class train fare

from place of residence to place of interview by the shortest route as per rules. The candidate should submit the copy of ticket for claiming TA. Travelling Allowance is not admissible to those SC/ST/OBC Candidates who are already in service in the Central/State Government services/ Central/State Government Corporation/Public undertakings, Local Government Institutions and Panchayats. 4. The positions at Sl. No 1-3 are regular. However as per rules of SAMEER the selected

candidates will be initially on contract for three years. The performance of the candidate will be monitored during this period and he/she will be considered for regularization only on the basis of satisfactory performance. The position at Sl. No 4 is on contract basis for a period of one year initially, which is likely to be continued based on performance and requirement under project. The continuation will be on contract with consolidated pay only. 5. SAMEER reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for interviews to a

reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience prescribed in the advertisement.

Mere fulfilling the essential and desirable qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for interview. 6. There may be increase /decrease in the no of posts shown depending upon the actual

requirement at the time of deployment. Filling up of the vacancies indicated in the advertisement is also subject to approval of competent authority, and may not be filled up if decided otherwise in terms of the orders issued from Government from time to time. 7. website. Selection Process: 1. Based on the details in the application form, initial screening will be done to shortlist candidates. Screened candidates, would have to appear for a written test at Kolkata, Candidates short listed based on written test will be called for interview. The schedule and venue for the written test and interview will be intimated to the candidate. 2. Appointment of selected candidate shall be subject to passing the prescribed medical test and satisfying other formalities/conditions prescribed by the Central Government prior to appointment.
