You could take risks in a range of situations and share leadership roles wit others! Planning and initiating (starting) will often be in collaboration with others. It can be shown in small student-led activities, as well as activities that are part of a larger project.

Collaboration can be shown in many different activities, such as team sports, playing music in a band, House activities, a group project or helping in a kindergarten.

This means being a constructive member of the community and showing that you act in a principled way. It means thinking about the consequences of your actions and doing what is fair and what is right.
