Unconditional Offer (as further detailed below) of the opportunity to enrol on to our Part'-TimeOverseas
Distance Learning MPhil-PhD programme at London South Bank University (LSBU) in the Faculty of
Business. Having reviewed your ;pplication and initial research proposal, Professor Shushma Patel has
kindly consented to be your Director of Studies. Dr Xristine Faulkner will act as your second Supervisors.
Your admission to the above programme will be with effect from Monday, 201h September, 2010 (i.e. the
start of Semester I of the 20 I0-1 1 academic year), and you will be expected to enrol no later than 291h
October 2010. After that date this offer may be withdrawn. You will be classified as a Part-Time Overseas
Distance Learning Research Student and fees will be applied on that basis. The relevant department of the
university will determine your fee status.
Immediately after you have enrolled, the initial Research Proposal submitted by you must be suitably
enhanced by you to a point where all members of your supervisory panel are content with it. If you wish to
accept this offer please complete the "REPLY SECTION" at the bottom of this letter and return it to me as
soon as possible.

assignment from June 2001 through to January 2002 inclusive, for the Corporate
Financial Systems project at Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco) This
project was to implement a corporate ERP system using the SAP R/3 product.
Ali's assignment was to act as key user for the materials management functions
covering the main warehouse, sub-stores and trade counters. In this position, his
main tasks were to participate in the design, implementation, testing and post go live
support. A1i joined the project later than the rest of the team and pressure was put
on him to catch up on the assignment within the allotted time. He responded to the
challenge and completed all his assigned tasks either on time or ahead of schedule.
Because of this and as an added bonus to us, he was able to develop the requisite
end user' training material and conduct the training courses for all materials
applications.
Ali' is 'pro-active, produces quality work with a corresponding level of documentation
and is an excellent team member. His major strength is his positive approach to any
