Doorperson reported tenants tried to contact him on the intercom but he was unable to make contact. Upon arrival at apartment report was unfounded. Three youths observed with what appeared to be a marijuana cigarette. Search was conducted with negative results for illegal substance. Report of group of youths smoking illegal substance. Upon arrival condition was unfounded. Male found at entrance to location stating he was lost. Male was escorted from the location to the subway. Search of area found all to be in order. Male advised he could not find his vehicle. Search of area yielded negative results. Male left the scene without providing any information. NYPD Detective requested assistance housing two prisoners prior to transport to the 114 Pct. Assistance was given without incident.

Female victim requested NYPD presence with regard to a past incident involving a male roommate. NYPD escorted male subject to PSD for questioning but released him. NYPD advised victim to contact housing court with regard to a housing matter. Two male youths advised they were playing in the hallway when a suspicious male tried to follow them into their apartment. Search of area yielded negative results for subject. Doorperson of location contacted resident as an unknown female was waiting for him stating he had called looking for her services. Resident stated it was not the case and the female left the location. Unknown female reported an unknown male was offering money to people to take him up to her apartment. Upon arrival male was not at location and no further information was given by female. Report of unknown male smoking a marijuana cigarette at location. Upon arrival the report was unfounded. Female victim advised her former employer refused to pay her for services rendered. Subject states she has no intention of paying her. Victim advised to contact small claims court for restitution. Victim to go to 114 Precinct. Reporter advised of a vehicle driving recklessly. No description was provided by reporter. Report of unknown males smoking a marijuana cigarette at location. Upon arrival report was unfounded. Female victim advised someone tried to enter her apartment with keys, but they could not open the bottom lock. Victim stated she lost her keys and that the bottom lock was replaced. Victim will report to building management to change the locks. Male observed inside location refusing to leave. Male was advised the park is closed due to the hurricane. Male is a window washer for Coler Hospital and complied.

Victim locked out of his apartment. Roommates were sleeping and did not hear him knocking. R/O made contact with roommates and victim gained entry without incident.

Victim left his black backpack on an MTA Bus. Dispatch was notified and property was recovered. Victim went to depot to retrieve his property. Victim left his bike in front of location. Upon return bike was gone. Search of area yielded negative results. Victim reported her wallet was lost. Victim later called to report someone found and returned it to her. Victim advised she lost her wallet at location. Search for wallet yielded negative results. Victim cancelled credit cards. Victim advised he lost his wallet at location. Search for wallet yielded negative results. Victim advised he lost his I-Phone at location. Victim will contact NYPD on his own.

Owner of vehicle will go to 114 Pct on his own to file a report. Glass window panes of rear doors at both locations shattered due to high winds and rain. Building maintenance aware of the situation and condition was corrected. Vehicle observed driving over the walkway at location and damage plants in the center of the walkway. Upon car stop driver was unlicensed. Owner of motor vehicle contacted. Owner issued summons and driver issued summonses and released.

Store manager reported unknown subject who took items from store and left. Store security guard witnessed theft but refused to provide any information and was uncooperative. Search of area for suspicious activity yielded negative results. Store manager reported unknown female placed three bottles of Snapple into another females bag without her knowledge. Female realized items were in her bag and returned them without incident as well as paid for items she ordered. Both parties refused to press charges. Store manager advised male subject placed beer in his bag and left without paying. Subject was stopped by R/O to check the bag. Negative results for stolen property. Store manager reported unknown male took two items without paying and fled the scene. Search of area for subject yielded negative results. Male youth observed taking items without paying. PSD on scene and issued trespass notice as store manager did not want to press charges. Youth was escorted to his residence to the custody of his grandmother. Report of possible shoplifter at location. Upon arrival store manager stated the person put the item back when spotted.

Victim and witness reported a vehicle struck victim's vehicle and fled the scene. Subject was identified and information was exchanged. Two vehicles involved in an accident. Both vehicles sustained damages, but no injuries suffered. NYPD on scene for report. Vehicle #1 was opening the door and stepping out when vehicle #2 hit the door. Damages sustained to both vehicles. No injuries to report. NYPD on scene for report. Driver reports he hit a stop sign at location causing damage to his vehicle. Two vehicles involved in an accident. Both vehicles sustained damages, but no injuries suffered. NYPD refused. Both parties will handle matter on their own.

Cross harassment complaints between female landlord and male tenant. Both parties referred to civil court. Male victim advised male subject bumped into him and verbally threatened him. Victim refused NYPD. Female victim advised of unknown male leaving messages of a sexual nature on her answering machine. NYPD contacted to respond with negative results. Victim will have her number changed with the carrier.

ARREST Report of disorderly male causing public alarm and using profanity. Subject was escorted into PSD, issued summons and released. ARREST Male subject became disorderly, failing to comply with a lawful order and using profanity towards officers. Subject became combative and was placed under arrest. Subject transported to 114 Pct for arrest processing. Report of irate male at location throwing a grocery cart at the door. Upon arrival subject left the location. Search for subject yielded negative results. NYPD refused.

ARREST Six male subjects observed at location. Two subjects in possession of two marijuana cigarettes. Six subjects were brought into PSD. Subjects 2-6 were released to the custody of their parents. Subject #1 was issued a summons and released. Male victim entered to report male subject tried paying with a credit card that belonged to a female. Subject exited cab and left the card. R/O tried contacting credit card company. Property secured at PSD. Victim did not want to pursue the matter, just wanted to turn the card in. ARREST Female subject observed taking several items and placing them in her backpack. Store manager contacted PSD. Items were retrieved. Subject issued summons and trespass notice and released. ARREST Male subject observed at location taking items without paying. Subject was apprehended and issued a trespass notice and criminal court summons and released.

Victim advised she parked her bicycle at location on 8/19/11 and upon her return it was missing. Lock was found cut on the floor. NYPD refused. Victim advised his GPS, wallet and insurance and registration papers were missing from vehicle. Last seen on 8/26/11. Victim refused to wait for NYPD arrival for report.

NYPD ARREST Female victim had her IPhone taken from her and kicked in the face by two male youths. Youths were later apprehended and taken into custody and transported to Manhattan Central Booking. EMS on scene for victim's injuries. Victim reported a male subject lured her to the island to make a purchase then choked and robbed her throwing her to the ground. NYPD on scene. Subject was identified. Victim treated by EMS and brought to 114 Pct for report. Subject to be apprehended.
