Australian Institute of Technical Training offers an excellent English Language program for students preparing to enter further studies at a tertiary level. Studying certificate III and IV over duration of 1 year will enable students to enrol in Australian universities as they will achieve the required English standard.

Qualification
Students successfully completing the course will receive the 21939VIC - Certificate III in ESL (Further Study). Participants are provided with advice on employment and further training options throughout the delivery of the program.

Teaching Methods
This program is delivered in a classroom based environment face to face teaching, lectures, discussions, quizzes and English listening tapes.

Assessment
Assessment comprises written work, assignments and quizzes. Assessments quizzes will include grammar / vocabulary skills, reading, writing, speaking and listening.

Admission Requirements and Prerequisite

Applicants must be at least 18 years or over. Academic Requirements To qualify for admission to the course, applicants must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Course Co-ordinator that they are capable of successfully completing the course. Recognition of prior learning may be available based on skills and knowledge Acquired by the applicant through previous study, as in articulation, informal or formal learning or from work and/or life experience.
