Ensures inventory accuracy by coordinating the inventories and goods system to system i nformation with distribution centers to near real time monitoring of EDI processes as well as other manual inventory and adjustment processes; Utilize various transportation & communication to facilitate material movement in planning and scheduling. Prepare and update daily logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to Customers. Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers. Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of inventory finished goods and raw materials via trucks. Provide reports to internal and external customers as required. Work closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation; Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order ful fillment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual obligations, Initiates shrink threshold and loss claims with warehouse providers and tracking reconciliation of the same per contract standards, Ensures accuracy of physical inventory order sequence by entering inter-company purchase orders and intercompany transfers into the system following defined processes, Verifies accuracy of physical inventory when needed. Answers questions regarding sourcing from internal and external customers as needed. Coordinate with operating department to manage the inventory levels at multiple locations Support the development, implementation, and execution of the Structured Management Process for Supply Chain critical process. Provide project development support to multiple departments within the organization. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, environmental, safety, and hazardous waste regulations. Special project support as required. Verifies inventory locations and availability for shipment against requirements specified in purchase orders; Reviews inventory position daily and weekly against outstanding orders and sales forecasts and takes action to expedite inbound shipments to meet customer demands; Works with supervisor to effectively resolve inventory or order discrepancies that are outside of his control; Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tende ring the order for transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost reduction, freight savings.

Inventory controller

Controlling the warehouse operation by noticing any faults in daily operations or storing process. Keep inventory in stock organized and counted. Report inventory balance and alert for decreased types. Responsible for implementing FIFO. Responsible for keeping Files of dispatch and makes sure all docs are completed. Report any problems to the Workshop Supervisor. Coordinating with customer on delivery locations. Keep all Work Areas in a clean and safety maintained condition and maintain good house keeping. Keeping track of deliveries and ensuring proper communication with customer. All deliveries should be with a proper delivery note signed by the originator. Act as Team leader when required with specific responsibilities like :
Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOPs and the IMS Procedures in place and reports on any deviations with suggestions to shift supervisor.
