(II) STRESS MANAGEMENT COURSE

My credentials for conducting this course

I’m a degree-qualified Electronics engineer and pride myself on my ability to research and
analyse information. I’m good at public speaking and am president of the Woden Lunch Time
Toastmasters Club. I had a lot of time to read medical journals/books/white papers/articles
when I was recovering from stress/PTSD/Depression. And to give back to the community
what I learnt out of my own stressful experiences, I had organised a stress management
workshop. Please see details for the workshop at http://esnips.com/web/StressManagement.
Unfortunately (or fortunately) I did not conduct the workshop as I did not have the required
numbers (30-40) for the workshop. But, I do have a list of people (10-15) who were interested
in doing the workshop but couldn’t make it on that day.
