PROCEDURE TEXT

HOW TO MAKE MEATBALL MATERIAL : 1 kilo of very fine minced meat (preferably beef) 2 eggs 300 grams of tapioca-flour 4-8 cloves of garlic 1 red onion 1 teaspoon of white pepper 2 teaspoons of salt

STEEP : 1. First of all,mix garlic, red onion, salt, and white pepper in a mortar or mixer. 2. Second step, mix the spice-mixture with the eggs, the tapioca-flour and the minced meat. 3. After that, use your fingers, add a cup of water, and keep on working until the mixture feels soft and smooth. 4. Then, boil some water in a rather large pot, at least about 2 liters. 5. Next step, start rolling the mixture into small meatballs. 6. Finally, lower the meatballs into the boiling water. When they float up to the surface the meatball are ready to serve. HOW TO MAKE LEMONED

MATERIAL : 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. 2 tablespoons of sugar. 1 glass of water. STEEP : 1. Slice a lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a cup. 2. Take out the seeds. 3. Pour two tablespoons of juice into glass. 4. Add sugar 5. Add water and stir well 6. Taste the lemonade. You may want to add more sugar or more lemon to make it taste just right 7. Put it in ice cubes. A drop of red food coloring will make pink lemonade

HOW TO MAKE PEANUT CRUNCH MATERIAL : 1 cup of peanuts 3 cups of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of vinegar 1 cup of water STEEP : 1. Place the sugar, water and vinegar into a large saucepan. 2. Stir slowly over a low heat until the sugar is disolved 3. Add peanuts , increase the heat and allow to boil 4. Remove from the heat when the nuts have craked and the mixture appears golden brown 5. Allow bubbles to settle 6. Spoon into small paper patty cases or pour the mixture into a flat greased pan and mark into bite-size pieces.

HOW TO MAKE BROKUS WAFEL MATERIAL : 150 gram flour (segitiga biru) 50 gram chocolate powder 1 tea spoon Bakingpowder 5 eggs 100 gram sugar powder 150 ml fresh milk 50 gram butter cream 100 gram margarine 100 ml condense milk

STEEP : 1. Put in sugar powder, fresh milk, butter cream, margarine, and condense milk in the wok. Cook it (heat it, dont wait until it boiled) 2. Pour it a little into a bowl , add chocolate powder.Pour the rest of the mixed milk, stir it, and cool it. 3. Add the eggs one by one, stir it continuously with ballon whisk until it mixed 4. Add flour and baking powder, stir it slowly 5. Pour it in the wafel mould then steam until it cooked (20 minutes) 6. It ready to serve

HOW TO MAKE ALMOND CHOCHOLATE CANDIES MATERIAL : 1 bar dark cooking chocolate 1 pack almond STEEP : 1. Melt the dark cooking chocolate 2. Pour the chocolate into a mould (ice mould will be ok) 3. Add the almond 4. Put the chocolate inside the freezer. Wait until it freez. 5. Take the chocolate out of the mould 6. Pack it with decorative paper 7. It ready to servez

STEEP : - Cut onion,garlic,and vegetable - Prepare the pan,then enter butter - Fried onion,garlic,is already in the cut - Add rice to the pan with the vegetable,and mix with sauce and soy sauce,salt and pepper.then stir until blended and cooked - Serve on a plate - Fried rice is ready to be enjoyed
