Greetings! To Whom It May Concern: This is our ongoing effort to preserve the arts, culture, and diverse voices in our communities, schools, neighborhoods and work place, and to provide fresh and cutting-edge productions in the media of Television, Music and Live Entertainment. Our company, West Coast Black Television Network (WCBTN) in association with our marketing arm, JLaChic Productions, LLC, and request an opportunity to speak with you regarding sponsorship, funding and/or marketing opportunities for our media coverage and special event productions. We even have a relationship with the NFL Corporate and the Super Bowl. We are honored and excited about covering this major sporting event and ask your assistance in providing funding for administrative, promotion and production cost. The West Coast Black Television Network (WCBTN) is a media production network company, working in conjunction with private, public, corporate and non-profit organizations to assure that the rich and vibrant cultures of Black, Latino, and Mexican, Puerto Rican, Asian and Indian perspectives are heard, acknowledged and preserved through aired broadcast, documentary, music and live productions. After every event, a portion of proceeds from revenue building productions is donated to community service programs dedicated to advancing the creative and innovative talents of todays youth and seniors. With a focus on Preserving the Arts through Media, our high school directed, non-profit Streets2Studios project focuses on early intervention, mentoring, career grooming, through hands-on training for under-privileged multi-cultural youth in multimedia entertainment. Since 1998 the program has served as a catalyst for our youth to improve academics, truancy, and peer relationships, avoid drugs and gangs, while raising social, civic and educational awareness through hands-on involvement in the art of multi-media. In the 2000 Mayor Willie Brown of San Francisco presented a proclamation declaring Dec 2nd Streets2Studios Day in the City by the Bay. Our presents at the NFL Super Bowl Media Day and week long event will catapult our mission to a new level of public awareness. It would be of great honor to have your company serve as a sponsor of this very worthwhile endeavor. By associating with organizations such as yours, we are able to assist with establishment, support, and/or restoration of artistic venues for people of all ages. It not only will help make this production a memorable one, it will also demonstrate a united effort for Preserving the Arts in our community. There are many ways of demonstrating your companys support, all of which are described on subsequent pages. We thank you in advance for any consideration. For more information and or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at either of the numbers indicated below. .
