SCOPE:-
To Plan, Organize, direct and supervise the work within the purview of the designated area of
General Cargo Department to ensure smooth operation of assigned task.
The most assigned task is ware house operation, Vessel quay side operations, Export Vessel
Handling, Container Stuffing and Unstuffing Operations.
Main Activities:-
Prepare monthly import tonnage, monthly export tonnage and send to the concerned
section for statistical purpose.

operations in a brief.
Ensure all the operations are in according to our procedure (ISO Procedure).
Prepare vessel wise Cost Sheet for all the Import and Export vessels and send to the Billing
section for cost Analysis.
Ensure all payments are done (Handling Charges, Storage if any, stuffing and un-stuffing
charges etc.) before releasing the export cargo to the vessel.
Ensure all payment is done before delivering the import cargoes to the consignee's.
Keep developing of relationship with all clients and potential new consignees/customers.
